The old mill tower is located in a quiet detached house settlement right in the heart of the Wesermarsch. On the four lovingly renovated floors (approx. 100 sqm) with old wooden beams, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small toilet, a living area with a sofa bed for two, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a separate bed and a bedroom. In the garden, there are two terraces with seating, including by the water of a Siels. Directly opposite is a children's playground. Guest WiFi available!

Der kleine Bauwagen verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, einem Schlafsofa für 2 Personen und einem seperaten Bad inklusive Dusche mit warmen Wasser. Auf der Außenterrasse kann man sein Frühstück genießen und abends am Lagerfeuer entspannen. Die Umgebung ist vor allem bei Fahrradfahrern, Kanuten und Wanderern sehr beliebt.

The 60 sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a semi-detached house and is located in a quiet cul-de-sac about 900 m from the sea. The garden with terrace invites you to play and barbecue in the evening. The cozily furnished apartment has its own realm for the little pirates, which can be reached via the *pirate ladder*. Up there are a lot of games and toys in case the weather doesn't invite you to romp outside.

This bright apartment near the beach is ideal for 2 people. It has a living room/bedroom with an open kitchen (fully equipped), a shower room and a south-facing balcony. In the house there is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness, table tennis and washing machine. In the price incl. one car parking space and 2 bicycle parking spaces.
