Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

You will live in a house in a listed half-timbered ensemble from 1774 in the immediate vicinity of Detmold, equipped with a gym, cinema, gazebo and unobstructed views of the Teutoburg Forest. Complete kitchen, infrared sauna, cozy living room with stove and electric heating. Bedroom with clay walls, a second under the roof. Garden in front of the house for your exclusive use. Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
