Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Beautiful sea views, amazing sunsets on the beach. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. A few minor details that could make the stay even better which we will message George about. Still rate this lovely beachside escape as a 5 star beachfront escape - marvelous! We went first week of November - we still had some lovely warm sunny weather but be mindful that the daylight hours are shorter (dark by 5/5:30pm) and evenings cooler - definitely need longer clothing/jumpers for the evenings. Ms. Konje and his wife Mehmet Bey, He welcomed us very well during our stay and all the features written on airnbd are very accurate. We were greeted at the door.. They were friendly.. We were amazed by their conversations.. Mr. Mehmet and Ms. Konje are perfect,☺️🙏 you will be very satisfied with everything in the houses💯☺️

Had an amazing stay here for 5 days with friends. The villa has everything you need and was even better than the pictures. The villa is in a well kept complex of private villas which was very quiet and secure. There is a local supermarket 2 min walk away and the beach was only a 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one week in December and enjoyed it very much! The apartment is clean, cosy, quiet and you can even see the sea from the terrace. The only downside was the shower which was only lukewarm. Apart from that, we can highly recommend the place!

The place is very nicely located on the beach, where you can go swimming directly. It is very quiet and you have your own garden to relax. Within 5 -10 minutes' walking distance there are various restaurants and also a supermarket in Latchi is within walking distance. The place offers plenty of space, is nicely decorated and the kitchen is well equipped. On arrival, there was milk, water and apple juice in the fridge. It was very clean and there was a service to change the towel and duvet cover. We had a great and relaxing time there. Thank you!

We had a great stay we are a family of 5 with a disabled 7 year old the villa was walking distance to coral bay you do have your cross a busy road but it was fine we walked mainly at night as it was very hot during the day the walk was pram accessible The pool was lovely and cleaned daily in the morning plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas Simos brought us fruits and olive oil throughout are stay and was easily contactable if needed also one week into our holiday had the luxury of the cleaners coming in to freshen the villa up and change the bedding which was a lovely added extra which we haven’t experienced anywhere else we have stayed being higher up on the hill there was a lovely gentle breeze which helped with the heat a little overall we had a lovely 2 week stay and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again it was perfect location and perfect villa Thankyou so much

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for quick access to the beach for a quiet morning swim or Paddleboad. It was also walkable to eat out every night. George and his son Julian were the perfect hosts, checking in occasionally, we felt like we made friends for the future.

This place is definitely worth visiting. A lot of amenities, great location (quiet but central) and in a good shape. The host is very nice and responsive I would recommend this to anyone, also people with young children or infants

Our Host Rox, is very responsive and friendly. The house is very spacious with a nice outdoor area. The house sits an easy 5 minute walk from the beach and some good restaurants. We had a very enjoyable stay

Amazing stay! Everything matched the description perfectly, and the place was extremely clean, with some items even brand new. I asked about using the BBQ, and the host went above and beyond by providing charcoal and other essentials without me even asking. Truly great hospitality. Would definitely visit again!

I just returned from a fabulous stay at this villa in Latchi, and I can’t recommend it highly enough! Located just 200 meters from the sea, this property offers both convenience and comfort. The villa itself is exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could possibly need. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights after days filled with adventure. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, pots, and pans, making meal prep a breeze. To our delight, the owner had also stocked the fridge with essentials like milk, bread, butter, eggs, and juice—a lovely touch that made us feel right at home. The outdoor area includes a dining table and chairs, recliners, and a BBQ—ideal for enjoying meals outside in the beautiful weather. The location is fantastic! Latchi port, along with a variety of restaurants and bars, is within easy walking distance. Can't wait to be back there again!
