Holiday rentals with a kayak in Cyprus

A wonderful week in this apartment of Sylvia. The accommodation matched the photos and was very clean, fresh and smelled nice by the connected air fresheners. Upon arrival, a bottle of mineral water and a chocolate was ready. I was quite ready for this after a long day of travel. Glad this has been thought of. Sylvia comes across as a warm and kind person and was proactive. During my stay, she asked how it was and if I had any questions. She then helped me with information about the bus lines. A wonderful place for a peaceful holiday! Very cozy house in the forest with a spectacular view of the mountains. The hosts are a very kind and welcoming family. Lots of beautiful places with breathtaking viewpoints are located near the accommodation. We had a very pleasant time in nature and really enjoyed exploring the forest!

Very quiet and peaceful. The villa is an end unit with a large, private yard that backs up to the ocean. Lars was extremely helpful and warmly welcomed us after we had a delayed flight. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Two things I was concerned about after reading reviews were the sound of planes and the villa possibly smelling like smoke since smoking is only allowed outside. The house did NOT smell of smoke at all and we sometimes heard a plane but it was not a constant sound or disruptive in any way. If you wear earplugs when you sleep you won’t hear a thing. This was a fantastic house with a fantastic host. I HIGHLY recommend it and we hope to come back.

“Absolutely perfect for work & relax – 5 stars!” We stayed at this Airbnb as a team retreat and were blown away by the experience. From the beginning, we asked for specific work-related needs – desks, monitors, and a good setup – and everything was provided quickly and without any fuss. The communication was incredibly fast and helpful: any question or small issue was addressed almost instantly via the WA group. The house itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and super comfortable – ideal for both focused work and relaxed downtime. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Firstly place was spotless! .. amazing villa, very homely with lovely personal touches. Everything you could possibly need and more! Pool area was so peaceful and private, and everyone was very respectful. Lovely outdoor space both back and front, outdoor grill area was a huge bonus! This is a great villa and location for families. Walking distance to a beautiful beach, close to local beach restaurant and shop. Host was very responsive, friendly and flexible, went above and beyond, most helpful when our flight time changed. We would not hesitate to rebook this villa and will highly recommend. We stayed with our five year old daughter in this beautiful apartment. The whole complex is very tasteful, and the furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired. We also particularly appreciated the musical instruments. Elad and Sinai were also very accommodating with the check out - since my partner was sick, we were allowed to check out a little later. It is a very calm facility, we were the only ones by the pool, we didn't hear much from the neighbors. All in all, we were really excited and can recommend this place.

Excellent stay. Martins Apartment was spotlessly clean. Private Pool was amazing and had use of all the facilities at Thlassa beach resort including another Outdoor Pool, Indoor Pool and Gym. Deks Restaurant on the resort had very good selection of dishes and was very reasonably priced. Martin was very helpful and responding very quickly to any queries we had. Would definitely recommend Martins apartment for anyone wanting to visit Northern Cyprus
