Super new, clean and comfortable apartment. Very well equipped, we barbecued and used the kitchen comp if you had it at home. Maysa was super attentive and flexible, god instruction clear and was very active to leave us well accommodated. The apartment is at a very privileged point of the beach, cos the best restaurants stand on the sand and walking distance of the restaurants by night.

Catherine was very attentive and requests! The property is perfect, comfortable and modern, recently renovated. The condominium is sensational, it has an indescribable view, simply wonderful! I highly recommend it!

Apto da Eduarda is extremely clean and organized ! I was happy to enter because it was really clean as my own house ! 2 blocks from the beach and the Abricó buffet, where we had a wedding… we went on foot and so we can enjoy the party without worries!!! Super indico !

Sandra's place is very spacious, the barbecue area is very delicious to enjoy. The location is very cool, as it is between two beaches, walking about 5 to 7 min, with bakery, pharmacy and restaurants just in front of the condominium. In addition to the condominium being very beautiful, with leisure space, there are umbrellas and chairs available by the beach. The Baleia beach is wonderful, the corner where the chairs of the condominium are are well family, great for the sea bath of adults and children. It was all excellent

We were at the Vera residence with our two small children. From the beginning, we were very well oriented and with fast and active communication. The location is good, and the area is quiet, with good options nearby (a few minutes by car). The condominium is wonderful, with an excellent structure to rest and have fun, as well as the house, which offers a lot of comfort. Some small details made our stay even better, such as the total indoor air conditioning,a good barbecue area and the courtesy of the tent assembly service on the beach by the condominium. The house is exactly as described in the listing. Great location, good size rooms, varied utensils, air conditioning working well, good showers. And the best of the house, kitchen integrated with the living room and leisure area, which allowed them to stay together. Tarcisio responded quickly to a request from us and the homemade Nô very helpful and kind. We'll definitely be back again!!

The Fabiani house is beautiful and beautifully decorated, no items are missing in the kitchen. All in very good taste. The house does not smell of mold, I always like to write this because we are VERY allergic and this is a very important point. New and good mattresses. We found the house clean, but needed more care in cleaning the clothes cabinets and in the refrigerator. We hired Cléo ( indicated by Fabiani) and it was wonderful. We made our breakfast and made everything very clean. Another very good point is that you arrive from the beach and already in the outside area, it already loses all things with sand, has a clothesline, has a tank, has a washing machine. The house has a screen in the windows so it is wonderful to prevent the local pernilongos. It also has a beach cart to carry the chairs and sun umbrellas and it was great! Deixo as a suggestion to make more bathroom mats available, liquid hand wash in bathrooms and toilet paper. I know the house does not offer but makes a difference. It was wonderful thanks
