Clean, well-equipped apartment, beautiful view and close to the beach to go on foot, with the advantage of having beach service available. The building has an excellent play area for both adults and children. Friendly, polite and responsive host, and give clear instructions in advance. We want to return!

My experience was wonderful, note 10 for Silvana, always very attentive, for Cibele, very helpful and for Renata very punctual. The apartment is impeccable, clean, wide, with the utensils in order. The countryside is spectacular, a paradise. I will surely come back more often. Thanks for providing wonderful days.

The place is great, as well as in the photos. We arrived and found everything clean and smelling, excellent bedding and towels, good furniture and airy house. Very close to the beach (only cross the street). Otimo condominium, helpful staff (set up stall on the beach for guests), hot pool and laundry at your disposal. Rodrigo is attentive and responds quickly to messages. We had an excellent period, I recommend.

We went as a family and we really felt at home, when we arrived in the neighborhood, for those who do not know the region scares… narrow and sandy streets, but the condominium and the house is literally a private paradise! The way from the condominium to the beach is beautiful and easy to access, but with wheelchairs or limitations I do not recommend! The extremely calm and warm sea, a safe place and very well frequented. Anyway the house and the beach are wonderful and complement each other, the very simple neighborhood… having to go to Maresias for tours and shopping! We love and make sense for us! We were 6 adults and 1 child.

The house is exactly as shown in the photos! Super close to the beach, airy and even with the low wall and movement on the street because it faces the beach, we felt safe. Everyone settled in well. And the beach chairs and umbrellas in the house help a lot. The backyard of the house is huge, from the photos I had no idea how big it is. The balcony upstairs is great to spend the late afternoon. The beach is safe and very beautiful. We'll be back for sure.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We had wonderful days and look forward to coming back soon!

I went with my boyfriend and our little bulldog. The place is very special, with the balcony facing the sea and a free view. The showers are great and the air works very well. Our puppy loved it and we will come back again. There was no one on the beach, only a few students from USP and another guest. A place of peace and quiet

We spent incredible days at Helo's home! In addition to the house being very nice, everything is thought of in the smallest detail for our comfort. Luana's advisory makes everything even more special for its gentleness, readiness and excellent quitutes.

I had a great stay at the Agenor beach house! The space is very comfortable, well located and extremely clean. Agenor was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I will definitely be staying again in the future. I recommend it to all! All rooms with AC, swimming pool every day the caretaker did the cleaning, any questions can talk to the janitor or Mr. Agenor! Amazing, as per announcement.

Sensational apartment, fully equipped, spacious and practical. Next to the beach, where you arrive walking. Spacious condominium and a grand pool, with very good parking. The stay was simply wonderful. What you need to find in commerce is less than 100 m away. (pharmacy, ice cream, markets, emporiums, meat house, veterinary and more). Thank you, Flavia and family.

Very well equipped apartment, with everything you need for stay (airfryer,toaster,sandwich maker,blender,kettle,microwave,coffee maker, washing machine and many other items) You really don't have to worry about a thing ; you have there at the apt. Estadia was excellent, good location, clean decoration, great showers, new pillows, very good condominium structure. Great balcony with barbecue, air conditioning in all rooms We were very pleased with the days we spent in the apt! Sandro served us promptly and warmly whenever we need to speak.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention by Sergio, I felt at home, because the apt offers all the amenities necessary for the daily life on the coast and after a day of the beach finish with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. I was with family and friends staying in host Daniel's apartment, the space is as publicized in the photos, clean, organized, a very cozy environment. We felt at home, at another opportunity we'll be back for sure. Daniel always helpful in answering our questions.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.
