Monthly Rentals in Da Nang

I was hesitant to book this place with no reviews, but I am very happy I did. I really loved my week here that I extended it for few more weeks. Location is fantastic, you are next to night market and Dragon bridge. You can see fire show from the roof top terrace as well. It is extremely peaceful and quite here, which is so difficult to find in Da Nang, you will be able to sleep until 10 without anyone bothering you. The place is brand new! Probably the best shower pressure I had in 4 months in Vietnam. The super sweet host Thanh Loan is so charming and responsive, I could leave my luggage before checkin, she helped me with delivery orders. They have electric motorbikes for rent as well. Something to keep in mind: place is quite small, but you have whole rooftop nearly for yourself, barely anyone comes there. It is Murphy bed - super convenient. During the day you can lift it up and have all space you need. It is 4th floor, no elevator. Full kitchen, sink in bathroom & terrace.

My stay here was phenomenal. This place is a hidden gem, location is unreal - situated very close to the mountains of son tra as well as the quieter side of the beach. The view from the balcony is stupendous! The apartment itself is very comfortable for a long stay, and was fully cleaned every week or so by the host (free of charge). The host helped me rent a motorbike which was at a significantly cheaper rate for the month compared to elsewhere in town. Finally, the hosts were so quick to respond to any queries, easy to communicate with, and helped with so much such. Would recommend to anyone!

Great stay, can recommend

The place is exactly as pictured, and the host is wonderful. We ran into some trouble with our travel bookings, and the host helped us sort it out. They also provided some great recommendations and were always easy to get in touch with. The room is very clean. Ample sunlight and air, and it's spacious too. 10/10. If you're in Da Nang, this is a wonderful place to be. It was one of the highlights of our time here. :)
