Newly renovated and equipped: There is room for many friends here: former converted stable building with 11 rooms, including 8 double rooms and 3 single rooms, 4 shower toilets in the hallway. 1 double room has its own shower room. Large eat-in kitchen/lounge. If another room is needed, e.g. for celebrations/seminars/yoga classes, etc., it can be rented additionally. You are in the grounds of the manor house Neu Gaarz, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Waren is about 12 km away.

Large holiday home with Pool

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

Uckermark idyll complete

Renovated farmhouse with huge garden, fire pit and lake view in the middle of the Uckermark. The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. By opening the connecting doors you get a spacious house for up to 8 people.

We fulfilled a dream with this house on the lake. Enjoy this idyll with lake, forest, nature and lots of peace and quiet! The house has 5 separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets, a spacious dining and living area with a fireplace, a comfortably equipped kitchen and lake views. Thanks to the hybrid router, the house has good internet access, so workation works well. There are 2 golf courses nearby and 3 nature reserves with many destinations.

Lake breeze vacation home

Our vacation home is located on the northern shore of Lake Plauer, with direct access to the lake. Cycling and hiking routes run along the lake. The unique natural landscape is very impressive and offers beautiful views of the Plauer. The nearest town is Alt Schwerin. It is a small village and has an agricultural museum, a shopping oasis with a bakery, restaurants and a jetty for steamboat trips, which can also be easily explored by bike.

You can actively relax in the garden (archery, badminton). In the unspoilt natural area, 1.2 km away, lies Lake Poseriner with idyllic bathing beaches. The beds are divided between two bedrooms. This allows a minimum of two and a maximum of four guests per booking.

The holiday home is located in a beautiful and quiet residential area on a 1000 sqm large enclosed plot separately in the garden. The location is a good mix for rest and tranquility and yet not far from the city life of Waren, or as a starting point for excursions in the area. On warm days you can stay on the large covered terrace directly at the cottage breakfast or barbecue in the evening.
