Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

This residential ranch includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open-floor plan, kitchen with breakfast bar, 1st floor laundry with washer and dryer on site, two car attached garage.
