Maple Street Hideaway

Large 2-bedroom main level living, fenced backyard, and deck. We are pet friendly with no additional fees (although we do expect guest to pick up after them). Plenty of parking on property. Small town Iowa, easy access to WDSM/Waukee/Grimes/Johnston/Adel. Less than a 20 min. drive to an abundance of restaurants, shops, and attractions - not including the great places to eat/visit in town. Beautiful, quiet, tree lined street. Google Dallas Center to see all this Quietly Progressive town offers.

Charming historic home.

Super close to everything: 16 miles to downtown Des Moines, 15 miles to West Des Moines, 10 miles to Saylorville Lake, only 32 miles to Ames The main level has a laundry area, a kitchen, dining room, one bathroom, and a comfy sitting area with a chaise and two recliners—perfect for kicking back and watching TV after a long day. Upstairs you’ll find a bathroom with a shower, 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with a twin bed and one extra room that is great for reading or working.

Small Town Charmer

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home. Located 1 mile from Interstate 80 in the town of De Soto, a quiet community within a 20 minute drive or less to various towns, including Earlham, Winterset, Stuart, and Adel. West Des Moines and Des Moines are 20-25 minutes. Sleeping arrangements: Upper level: Two bedrooms, 1 king bed & 1 queen bed, 1 full bathroom Main level: 1 bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 bathroom with tub *Queen sized air mattress available

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room. This spacious place offers a fully fenced yard and plenty of parking in the drive way. Main level has a bedroom with Queen bed and a half bath. Upstairs we have a King suite with full bath shower and tub. In addition to that there is 2 more rooms one with Queen bed and the other has a twin full bunk bed. Second full bath with shower tub and laundry. The 5th bed room is in the basement with a twin daybed with trundle.

Perfect, peaceful cottage in central Adel. Fun atmosphere for gathering, large yard for outdoor fun, and workout space and bar downstairs. Walkable to all of Adel's restaurants, businesses, and parks; and across the road from beautiful bike trails and the raccoon river, a perfect spot for fishing! Fenced in yard, patio, and fire pit on property. Great quaint location right outside of the Waukee/West Des Moines and 25 minutes from Downtown action! Welcome!
