Safe and comfortable for the budget conscious traveler. Mirza was easy to reach with any questions or concerns. I was able to get some work done thanks to the fast internet. Felt safe walking my dogs outside alone even at night. The neighbors I met were super friendly. Loved having a full size washer and dryer.

My boyfriend and I stayed here over the holiday weekend (he flew in from out of town) and everything was amazing. Very clean and cozy! The team was very accommodating and did a great job making us feel welcomed! Thank you again

Location was perfect for what I needed! Hosts were beyond helpful with everything especially my late check in, communication was lovely! The unit was beautiful, it was a perfect getaway, easily walkable to many things and so clean and relaxing; would absolutely plan to stay again if possible.

This location was in the prime of downtown. Beautiful night light scenery. Host was very quick to respond with any questions I had. Apartment was great for my one night! Would stay again!

Zackery’s place was perfect for our stay in Dallas. My friend and I were in town for a friend’s wedding at Texas Discovery Gardens, which was very close. Parking and check in/ access was easy. Wouldn’t recommend walking in this neighborhood per day but we felt pretty safe. One of the beds had some trash underneath it but otherwise the place was spotless and clean. Minimally but adequately stocked kitchen. The heat/ ac unit is a single unit with the thermostat downstairs, so upstairs got really warm since it was colder downstairs. Fans in every room though. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

There was good communication before and during the trip. The house was so clean and perfect for our little getaway. Our favorite thing was how soft the beds were and how comfortable the sheets were. (We now want that brand of sheets because of how soft they are). It is the perfect distance away from Downtown Dallas too which made getting to places so convenient.

We are sadly the 2ndto last to stay (Dallas just outlawed air BnBs). It is a perfect location, like PERFECT. Street side parking, super safe area. The beds and linens are terrific (pool towels! Fluffy towels for the bathroom too), and the living areas are extremely comfortable (I could lie on leather sofa ALL DAY LONG). AC was fantastic - essential for Dallas heat. Yes, there are “drawbacks” other reviews mentioned: cobwebs on the chandelier, fridge needs cleaning, the master bath is janky (hard to close shower door, you hit your knee on the jacuzzi when on toilet), some amenities are lacking (need obvious places/places that aren’t on the floor to plug in phones etc), and the outside/pool are less than pristine (dried leaves/branches are a fire hazard, small pond is a mosquito haven, yes a vine is growing into the house, and bottom of pool needs a scrubbing). BUT!! The “old Hollywood glamour” (as Bruce calls) feel of the place is decadent and tangible. We adored it. Thanks Bruce!!

I had a fantastic time at Leroy's place! It was comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, and I’d definitely stay here again whenever i am in Dallas.. Highly recommend!

This home was the perfect stay, location was easy to find. Plenty of near by restaurants and shops. Rachel was very prompt in replying and easy to communicate with.

Natalie added a lot of great touches to the comfortable space. Detailed info and didn’t require unnecessary requirements for check-in or out. We really enjoyed our time here. Which it had been warmer to enjoy the pool…it was inviting. 🤗

We booked this amazing well decorated penthouse with a rooftop because of the incredible views and location in Dallas. We were not disappointed at all! I spent most of my time outside in the rooftop. The sunset views were AMAZING! There are so many things/places within walking distance. We loved the convenience of the 711 downstairs too. The people in the building were extremely nice and helpful. Parking offered by Airbnb was very convenient. I highly recommend this place. Don’t hesitate to book!

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

Beautiful premises, kids loved the pool, felt safe and secure.
