Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

"It's so cozy," many guests say. "You can sit comfortably on a large sofa or in a rocking chair and gaze at the water for hours, enjoying the peace and quiet." The houseboat is spacious and eco-friendly, comfortably furnished for 2-4 people. Enjoy underfloor heating and a fireplace in winter, and stargazing on the rooftop terrace in summer. It's surrounded by nature, yet centrally located. The "Waldbühne" is within walking distance, or you can reach the Kurfürstendamm in 15 minutes by car.

Whether for business, as a couple or with a child – a cozy double bed and a sofa bed (190 x 71 cm) ensure a good night's sleep. For professionals, there is a workplace with a monitor. Enjoy the large balcony and sleep under the stars. Riding stables, Karls Erlebnis-Dorf and Havelpark right next door. Whether by car or train - Berlin center is only 30 min. away.

Urban escape with old-world charm.

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). It is fully equipped so maintaining yourself is easy. My accommodation is well suited for couples (#berlincity), single travellers, adventurers (#döberitzerheide), business travellers (#messeberlin) and furry friends (pets) or bike enthusiasts.

Room/duplex in a green area on the outskirts of Berlin

Sit back and relax in my lovingly decorated duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. The house is bordered by a newly completed terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery, which is currently still being renovated. Our old 4 x 8 m pool can also be used by arrangement, but I am explicitly excluding it from the review.

Romance on the lake

The MONOCEROS has everything you need for a cozy break and romantic evenings. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table and bar for 4 people, fireplace and a large bathroom with underfloor heating. A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

Ivy Haus

The Ivy House in Finkenkrug, located on a nature reserve, offers 60 sqm for vacation and work: 2 bedrooms and 1 bedroom/living room individually air-conditioned, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, bathroom with washing machine, bed linen, towels, beautiful garden. Two train stations are within walking distance / easily accessible by bus, a supermarket is around the corner. Bicycles can be parked.

There is an 80 sqm apartment in the basement available only. A separate room with double bed and washing machine is added . There is an open kitchen with dishwasher and stove and oven ( with hood) Coffee maker, kettle and toaster are of course available . A large fridge with freezer is included . There are two TV's and WiFi . A desk for the computer . In the bathroom there is a toilet and shower .
