The place has a wide wooded exterior that will let you stretch your legs. A small pond at the back of the property completes the picture. The property comprises an entrance hall with a cupboard, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, and a large living room divided into two sections.

Beautiful independent studio

Studio indépendant de 25m2, récent et cosy. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à deux personnes avec un couchage de deux places sur la mezzanine. Télévision, canapé. Salle de bain avec douche et toilette. Attention il n'y a pas de cuisine mais le logement est équipé d’une plaque électrique (casserole poêle couverts), d’un micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et d'une machine à café avec café à dispo. Le logement est très proche de la centrale nucléaire de Dampierre-en-Burly, 5 minutes à pied.

Independent ground floor cottage, quiet, close to all shops, in Gien. Great for a family vacation. Large living room with open kitchen, fully equipped with air conditioning, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 3 bedrooms with 140 x 190 cm beds (PLEASE NOTE, SHEETS/TOWELS ARE OPTIONAL), sofa bed. Fenced garden in front of and behind the house. Vehicles can be parked in the yard. Please note that you should consult the information regarding the cleaning fee and the sheets/towels option.
