Everything was wonderful about this apartment. We felt comfortable, everything was clean and very quiet. You could get to the city very well by public transport. Dominique personally welcomed us and showed us everything. He was quick to respond to questions. Otherwise, the contact was very friendly.

Stayed here for a month and will definitely think back kindly on my time. In some sense, it’s a home inside a small storage room—feels like a garden shed turned Airbnb, which at first made me think it was slightly overpriced. However, it has perks compared to others in the same range: 1) private and close to a beautiful lake; 2) fully equipped with everything I needed for a longer stay, including kitchen appliances, laundry (miss that washing machine!), and a shower. What I didn’t like: the bathroom was too small for a tall guy, and the windows on the front door were annoying since I had to undress in the tiny bathroom. I honestly liked the bed loft since it helped me tune into sleep more effectively. The narrow passageway up is actually a feature, not a bug, since it’s safer that way. Overall, I really liked living here.

The cottage is very modern, beautifully bright and the space is perfectly used for two people. There is everything you need for a city trip and the location is quiet in the countryside, but due to the proximity to the metro you are quickly in town. For beautiful days there is also a private small terrace facing the garden. Lena and Jens are more reserved hosts, but responsive to any questions. Perfect for us, we will be happy to come back!

Claudia is one of the most helpful and kind hosts I ever came across. The place is great value for money, thinking that in the city you get a bed in a 12 beds hostel room for the same amount. Here I got privacy, peace and quiet. I would return anytime. Thank you Claudia! 🙏❤️
