We had a great stay at Joseph's place. Joseph was very welcoming and friendly! His apartment is super clean and comfy! It has everything you need. Great location and amenities, well worth the stay!

Booked a night stay’s on the day itself, host was very responsive to my queries and even allowed me to check in early and check out one hour later as well. The property is as per described in the listing, v thankful there is a cot provided, one of few listings in JB that had. It was baby friendly as there was also a baby chair and a baby bathtub, perfect for families with young children. However, there was an ant infestation as there were ants everywhere. The beds were rock hard and it took us awhile to fall asleep, but the linens were clean and smelt nice. Also, you could hear motorcycles racing in the middle of the night which is quite disruptive to our sleep.

I was very happy and enjoy stay at here. except the pillow ( too soft to me ). The other is super good compared to many homestay I stayed before. Cleanliness and aroma is very good, don't have any mothballs smell. The sponge for wash utensils is very clean! Most of the homestay I stay the sponge is damn dirty! Utensils are very clean and pretty store with manageable very tidy. Microwave clean and easy to use. Fridge very clean. Water system is good. The toilet are very clean smell good and the shampoo, hair conditioner and body shampoo full prepared in a very good bottles and tidy just like hotel. Bath area with anti slip matt. Mattress is nice to sleep. If light sleep person can heard the sounds of the cars. Aircond function well. TV function well. Hair dryer function well. Carpark very near entrance. Unit very near lift easy to find. So far this is the most satisfied homestay for me at JB. Will come stay again.
