Enjoy it comfortably for family trips, gatherings with friends, business trips, and more. We have prepared a cosy and aesthetically pleasing space with 2 queen-size beds. It is close to Lotte Seongsimdang, Dunsan-dong, and major areas of Daejeon. It is conveniently located for visiting Seongsimdang, and has excellent access to major shopping areas and restaurants in Daejeon. There is a smart TV, so you can use YouTube, and apps such as Netflix and Disney+ are supported. (Use after logging in with your personal account) *General broadcasting and cable broadcasting (IPTV) are not provided. We have prepared a quiet and pleasant residential environment with a relaxing atmosphere. This accommodation is operated for 2 people as a standard, and up to 4 people can stay. There is a separate fee for additional guests beyond 2 people. There are 2 beds, and bedding is provided for the sofa bed when additional guests stay.

All luggage pickups require prior inquiry. Our accommodation has been recently remodeled with comfort and cleanliness as a top priority. In the summer of 2025, we replaced everything with clean white window frames, a white kitchen sink, and a new, top-grade air conditioner to increase guest satisfaction.
