Our "Backpacker" is a cute and cozy 96 sq.ft. of tiny house nirvana. Situated on a small tidal slough, it provides a beautiful natural setting for reflection and appreciation of that which is good in life. For those looking for luxury, the Backpacker is not for you (you may encounter bugs and it's really hot in summer). However, the Backpacker has a pretty cool vibe, and is extremely convenient to historic Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. The Backpacker is for backpackers and nature lovers.

Conveniently located in Smythe Park, just a mile away from downtown Daniel Island with shops and grocery store (Publix). Approximately 20 - 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. Wagener Terrace Courtyard Apartment

Welcome to our renovated, well appointed 1 bedroom apartment located in the Wagener Terrace neighborhood. You will have a king bed and the full kitchen has basic cooking supplies. Dedicated driveway in front leads to a private courtyard entrance. Our apartment is walkable to Lowndes Grove and Hampton Park. We are 1.5 miles from the start of "downtown". Generally, parking is not a problem, but lots of people choose to Uber or Lyft or ride Lime bikes. Owners live in the connected main house.

The Oasis (Charming, Close, Sleeps 7)

The Oasis is a beautiful and comfortable townhome in Charleston, SC. This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath sleeps 7 people! The airport, beach, downtown, golf courses, & concert venues are all approx. 20 min away. Across the street from the Wando River and a short walk to Smythe Park on Daniel Island, this studio apartment is in a quiet spot of the island and perfect for a short visit to the Charleston area. *PLEASE NOTE - We are currently installing a pool in our backyard. The yard is a construction zone, but it does not impede on guests. For the meantime, we are taking reservation requests, so we can ensure you are ok with looking at a constructing pool rather than a nice backyard.

Daniel Island Getaway

Welcome to your home away from home near Center Park on Daniel Island, located within 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston, Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. This almost 600sqft above garage guest house has a separate bedroom and full bathroom in addition to a spacious living room with a Queen sofa bed and a kitchen area that will meet all of your basic needs. The kitchen includes a Keurig, microwave and griddle. There is even an outdoor shower for guests to use.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. The application process was not easy but we did it! Dream Catcher's permit number is OP2018 00373.
