Βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της πόλης, δίπλα στην εθνική οδό που σας οδηγεί σε όλα τα πανέμορφα χωριουδάκια της επαρχίας καθώς και στις πανέμορφες παραλίες του Νομού μας. Δεν θα σας λήψει τίποτα, γιατί τα πάντα είναι κοντά σας, κομμωτήριο ,φαρμακείο, ενοικιαστηκά αυτοκίνητα , μεγάλα super markets, εστιατόρια ,καφετέριες..... Σε λίγα μόλις λεπτά με τα πόδια βρίσκεστε σ' ένα πανέμορφο πάρκο μέσα σε δασάκι που το περικυκλώνουν αμμώδεις παραλίες. There are four sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment that you can visit also the windy days this bays is ideal for families with children.

"The Seaview House" is located at a lovely and quiet position near one of the most beautiful beaches of Crete, Golden Sand beach. The house is about 5-10 minutes on foot from the beach and about 3 km away from Chania City. Also, taxi and bus station are about 200 meters away. Our cozy stone built home in the village "Kaloudiana Kissamos" is a perfect place for relaxing. We have renovated our grandparents home that was built in 1800 by our ancestors. It is in a perfect location close to the market of the village, at a distance of 200 meters. Away from the main road for quiet and relaxation! The narrow streets to get to the house impose a small car.
