Manning cottage was once a school house, but now welcomes visitors to its rooms. Set in a tranquil environment surrounded by birdlife and rolling hills, the cottage is beautifully decorated for practicality and comfort. A well stocked breakfast basket with locally sourced produce is included. The Upper Clarence district offers a choice of outdoor activities including canoeing, fishing, bird-watching, bushwalking, 4wdriving as well as the local show, campdraft, and dog trials are held annually.

Our third cottage " Casita Blanca " Spanish for little white house, built in 2019 but it has the timeless charm of french antiques and quality furnishings. It's character and location makes the perfect getaway for a couple who appreciate some luxury touches like authentic french antiques and crystal chandeliers. Welcome to Duchess Farm Stay, in Nobby QLD. This is a delightful country experience 30 minutes for Toowoomba CBD. Fully self-contained cabin style accommodation. 1 bedroom with a queen bed plus sofa in lounge. The cabin comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 2 children, we don't recommend 4 adults inside. There is room for a caravan or a few tents if you would like to make it a family affair (no more than 10 people). Pets are welcome. There's a cosy outdoor fire pit.
