In just 10 minutes you can walk to Dietzenbach/Steinberg train station with direct connections to Frankfurt and Offenbach. Close to a supermarket and restaurants.

Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. The 30 sqm bright apartment is located in the popular Darmstadt Martinsviertel. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2016. There is a separate entrance/exit to the apartment from the street. Guests are welcome to go out into the garden to relax. The tram to the main train station and the city, the city center and the Technical University of Darmstadt can be reached within 10 minutes. The apartment is rented by us for 2 days to a maximum of 1 month.
