The living room and the equipped kitchen are on the ground floor while the bedroom (king size bed), bathroom and separate toilet are under the roof, accessed by staircase. The sleeping areas, located in the attic, with panoramic view on the Seine river. Comfortable, cosy, elegant ambiance for this beautifully done-up nest, fully renovated in Spring 20232.

Ideally located between the Normandy countryside and Rouen, our B&B will seduce you with the quality of its amenities as well as its surrounding calm. Exceptional house in a 6000 m2 garden in absolute calm. Guests can take advantage of the entire garden, direct access to the Seine. Garden furniture, barbecue will allow you to enjoy the outdoors. Ideal place to recharge your batteries in a very beautiful countryside. Come jog, cycle, walk along the Seine, in the heart of the Boucles de Seine Regional Park. In the house everything is new, very good bedding, fitted kitchen and a very pleasant living room.

Relax in this quiet and stylish cottage overlooking the stables, horses, and valley. The cottage is classified 3*, without tourist tax. Le Haras des Souches is not an equestrian center. The entry is independent of the Normandy farmhouse that I just restored. Located on 4 ha on the edge of the forest. 3km from Pavilly, 7km from Barentin shopping center, on the Rouen 20mn axis, Dieppe 35mn; Amiens, Le Havre A29 The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

La Petite Maison

15 minutes from the historic center of Rouen, by public transport (stop 50 m from the accommodation), or 10 minutes by car, the small house is located on a hill, facing a forest with trails arranged for pleasant walks. 5 minutes from the town center, you will find all the shops nearby. Area of 30 m² in a basement. Cocooning decor, a private terrace of 10 m², and a small patio connecting with the bedroom will enhance your stay. We accept small pets.

Our Suite is part of our property but with an independant entrance. 1 living-room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 bedroom. Our visitors will enjoy our large and peacefull garden with an access to river Eure for a pleasant walk, as well as our heated outdoor swimming pool (during summer holidays) Our Suite is located in a small and very quiet village Criquebeuf sur Seine just nearby A13 motorway (3 mn).
