we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! The flat is on the ground floor, and a terrace leads to a large garden, through which you can go if you want to get to the Baltic Sea. The property is fenced. Das Kranich Hotel bietet die seltene Erfahrung in einem Museum zu übernachten. Entworfen als ein Ort der Entschleunigung, können hier ausgedehnte Spaziergänge an Bodden- und Ostseestrand unternommen werden. The dining and living room with 2 wood stoves form the heart of the boat and invite you to linger and feel good. There is a bedroom with a double bed and 1 room for 4 people in double bunk beds. The sanitary facilities are typical for boats. There are also 2 terraces. The houseboat is moored in the Barther harbor, an ideal place to explore and experience the bay and the Baltic Sea.

The name Zingsthus is a playful twist on „hus“ or house, as it’s said in northern dialects.

The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

The 90 m² stylishly furnished and bright houses each have four bedrooms for up to 6 people (two of which are double rooms and two single rooms), two shower rooms and a spacious and cozy living-dining area with an open, high-quality kitchen, a fireplace and direct access to the sunny terrace with a large garden. A sauna, a barbecue hut and a bicycle shed are freely available to the four halves of the house.

The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.

Under our thatched roof you have the Bodden in view – the 70 sqm apartment is divided into two bedrooms and a very spacious living and dining area. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and cozy corner bathtub. In the living area with sofas and armchairs, the fireplace provides cozy warmth in stormy times. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to sociable cooking evenings.

Large house right on the water

The two-storey cottage is surrounded by a very large garden with direct access to the Bodden via a private dock. There is a large terrace and a garden at the house. You can explore the surrounding area with your own canoe or stand-up paddleboard. You can, of course, also go fishing from the jetty (except in May). On the large property there is a small house.
