It is only a few minutes by car or bike to the beach. Shopping (bakery, mini market, bike rental) in the village. Barth/Zingst with shopping facilities are easily accessible by bike/car. On site: Wi-Fi, playground table tennis, badminton, meadow for soccer or volleyball.

With a lot of love for detail and an eye for the special, our house was built in 2021 and is open to all guests with the desire for a vacation in a special space. Arrive immediately on vacation when you enter the house. The spacious living and dining area invites you to sociable evenings. The decor is restrainedly cozy. Soft textures, atmospheric light, reduced colors and a touch of nature in the room.

It is 32 km to Fischland-Zingst-Darß, with its long white sandy beaches. Vacationers enjoy the 145 m² ground-level living space and the large garden to themselves.

In just a few minutes you can walk to the white Baltic beaches with their dramatic sunsets, art galleries and museums, wellness oases, bicycle rental and lots of "culinary delights" - from the fish bun stand to the fine restaurant. Or just stay at home, enjoy mild summer evenings on the terrace or warm up by the crackling fireplace.

Our apartment (36 square meters) is suitable for a cozy Baltic Sea vacation, ideal for 2 people. A large balcony with an awning invites you to linger outside. Guest parking is available on the premises. Storage facilities for bicycles are also provided. The windows of the living room and bedroom are equipped with shutters and insect screens. No pets allowed in the apartment. In the high season, we usually only rent by the week.

Simply end a great day in the sauna under the roof or enjoy the sunset comfortably on the terrace. The house can accommodate the whole family and still has enough retreats if someone needs peace and quiet. Not far away, the Bodden with its sandy beach invites you to swim.

The 90 m² stylishly furnished and bright houses each have four bedrooms for up to 6 people (including two double rooms and two single rooms), two shower rooms and a spacious and cozy living-dining area with an open, high-quality equipped kitchen, a fireplace and direct access to the sunny terrace with large garden. A sauna, a barbecue house and a bicycle shed are freely available to the four houses.
