The Lennox Lea is in an excellent location close to bars, shops and restaurants. The tram stop for the Altrincham to Manchester service is a short walk from the property and local parks are within walking distance, with Worthington Park just across the road from the property. Sale Water Park and several National Trust properties are within easy reach, by car. The property is well maintained, clean and has a private garden. The accomodation provides all you will need for a short-stay, self catering holiday. Emily was friendly and responded quickly and efficiently to any queries we had, before and after our stay. We will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending this property.

will be back! beautiful part of sale, 1 min walk from Worthington park which dogs loved. close to sale water park (which dogs loved). very clean comfortable studio with everything we needed. felt very comfortable and lots of messages from Emily so was there if we needed her.

We had a super stay at Lennox Lea studio,. Emily's place was super clean, spacious and comfortable. Communication was excellent, really easy self check information. Emily's place in on a quiet peaceful street, easy walking to the many amenities and the tram station into Manchester. We highly recommend this super Airbnb.

Had a great stay in room 25 with my family. All amenities were as described. Emily was a star and a life saver. I needed an early check in and late check out which she happily provided. the place felt like home and I was able to work from home without any trouble.

Wonderful staff. Great full breakfast in the mornings and to our surprise, reception three evenings we were there with snacks and drinks! We would definitely stay again!

This is my second AirBnB experience with listing and I highly recommend it to the AirBnB family. It is centrally located in Birmingham with superb shopping within walking distance. Lots of restaurants and eating establishments in the immediate vicinity and New Street train station less than 10 minute walk away. The accommodation is well appointed with a kitchenette for those interested in preparing their own meals. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathrooms are cleaned and well appointed. Overall a wonderful home away from home experience with no complaints. Lastly, the area is extremely safe considering the building is dead smack in the centre of Birmingham about a 5 minute walk to the Bullring.

Fantastic location Nice and sociable if travelling with friends Some bits of the apartment do need updating (door handles hanging off) lick of paint but doesn’t effect your stay!

absolutely love this apartment with the balcony/terrace area. lovely view of the town and river. the apartment is really spacious and filled with plenty of light. looking forward to staying again
