Monthly Rentals in Darwin

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. And the building was in a very central location, and right on the esplanade. Communication was very good. Best for short stays. Though not under the host's control, unfortunately the building had 7 fire alarms in the 4 weeks that I stayed there, and it did become quite annoying.

The room is big and with a window where you can watch them amazing and famous Darwin sunsets. Very central and beautiful surroundings are a big plus. Communication with the host was really something beyond the usual, quick responses and just as quick the solution to small details needed to deal with.

Great, central, location with ready access to all that Darwin City has to offer. Was the perfect base for a couple of days from overseas at the Convention Centre at the waterfront. Fantastic to be able to stretch out/relax (including at the Mantra’s pool) and the apartment had everything we needed. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay in what is clearly a really popular AirBnB!

Kristy was a great host. Very flexible and gave clear instructions. Easy check in and a clean room which contained lots of handy amenities. Super close to Cole’s and of course right in town. There were a couple of nights with loud neighbours. However that’s always a risk with bigger complexes. Certainly nothing the host can do about it. Would definitely recommend staying here if you want something on the more affordable side.
