Holiday rentals with beach access in Datça Mahallesi

We planned to spend 10 days in a quiet place near the sea, chose this option and did not regret it at all! Everything was clean, spacious, we lived on the whole floor in a separate very sunny house surrounded by almond, tangerine, orange trees, as well as a large number of local cats and chickens :) The huge very clean beach is a 15-minute walk away, there are also a variety of beaches in the surrounding area that can be easily reached by car. It takes about 40 minutes by car to Datca. Yudum and her parents were very caring, answered our questions, and treated us with homemade chicken eggs, almonds and houses. I really didn't want to leave, we had an unforgettable vacation!

We would like to thank our host, Mr. Erol, who is hospitable, polite and very caring. 4 people welcomed us into his home without any problems. This beautiful house will definitely be our priority for the next holiday in Datça. Cheers from Adana, Uncle Erol:)

The place of the house is very nice, very central. There are amenities nearby for all kinds of needs. In addition, the house is very tastefully furnished, the items are new, there was nothing missing and it was spotless. I don't think we will look for another alternative the next time we come to Datca. We would like to thank Mr. Doruk and Ms. Mehtap for their close interest.

Great place to stay. Really good location; lots of shops and restaurants around and only a short stroll to the beach area. We were a party of four individuals so each having our own room made our stay ideal . Would recommend.

It was a clean and tidy house as shown in the photos, and being close to the beach in terms of location and being in a central location made many things easier

We stayed at Mr. Murat's house with great pleasure for 1 week. First of all, I should mention the cleanliness of the house, its order, and the sincerity of Mr. Murat. Mr. Murat is very helpful and thanks to our questions, he never left us free of charge. The house is about 10 minutes walk from the center of Datça and in a very calm area. If you're looking for a place to clean your own home, you can stay in this house without a second thought. The balcony of the house is even better than it looks in the pictures. The house also has all the amenities. The house has everything if you want to stay for a long time. Finally, we would like to thank Ms. Ülkü for her hospitality. We stayed at Mr. Onur's house for 4 nights and we were very satisfied. It was obviously better than we expected. First of all, the location of the house is very good, you can easily reach the most beautiful bays in a place. If nightlife is not your priority, it makes much more sense than staying in the center of Datça. The house was very clean and everything was considered up to the refrigerator bags when we entered. The place was cozy and clean, I felt very comfortable. The location is perfect, as you were within 5 minutes of the promenade and the beautiful public beach and still in a quiet corner. Highly recommended!

It is easy to get to the seaside by car. If you do not have a car, you can reach the beach by walking within a maximum of 30 minutes. All kinds of things available around the house for shopping

I had a lovely stay in Yiğit's stone house – peaceful, charming, and made even more special by my friendly neighbors: chickens and goats! While the photos are quite flattering, the house is still a very comfortable and very beautiful place to stay. Yiğit was the perfect host – always quick to respond and attentive to anything I needed. Since the house is a bit of a walk from restaurants and shops, he kindly helped me out at the beginning and regularly checked in to see if I wanted to rent a car or scooter. I didn’t mind the walking, but others should be aware of the distance when planning their stay. That said, the place is also very reachable by dolmuş (shared minibus), which makes getting around manageable even without your own vehicle.

It had a perfect location. Everything in the house was complete, clean and tidy. We are very satisfied, we will definitely come back:)

The house is in a very nice place in Eski Datça. If you want a slightly more tranquil vacation, this is a private space for you. The garden and pool were lovely. It was very close to very nice places in Old Datca. It was not very close to the center but it took 6-8 minutes by taxi. The only thing missing from the house was WiFi, in my opinion, everything from its cleanliness to its facilities and its calmness to its decoration was very good

Clean, convenient and comfortable very close to the center. It's beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We were very pleased. Recommended for those who come to Datca. The center is on foot, but the stairs can be a little tricky on the way back. Say hi to the little one who comes to our door in the morning and evening:)

We had a lot of pleasant days as a family; we came to the bends, bays, and the center with our car very comfortably. Everything was thought out in the house, we did not have any problems. Ms. Gozde was also very caring. If we go to Datçaya, we will keep in mind for accommodation.

Jenny's place was great in every way. The house had plenty of everything you needed. All rooms and bathroom were spotless. It was within walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and the center in terms of location. She hosted us great and prepared special little surprises for us. We are so happy to have met her. It was our best ever airbnb experience ❤️

We had wonderful days in Kos. The airbnb was very central and well equipped. The contact with Dimitra was super lovely and although we didn’t meet in person she made us feel at home. Thank you for having us! We definitely recommend this great apartment.

It was a very nice space just above the delicious pizzeria. We enjoyed using the accommodation which is within walking distance of the beach and the busy shops. The shower head is quite loose in the holder, but otherwise the bathroom is also clean and tidy

We had a beautiful stay. The apartment was absolutely spotless & a really lovely space to feel at home. Really lovely apartment and absolute ideal location so close to the town and nearby restaurants. Ioannis was a great host and very responsive to our messages. He was very helpful and friendly. It is a very comfortable flat, with everything one needs supplied. It felt like at home as all the amenities were really thoughtfully provided. Its rococo style decoration gives the home a cheerful character. Kitchen and bathroom is spotless clean as the whole flat itself. Manolis is reachable within few minutes and check in is perfectly easy. Thank you to Manolis and to his wife!

Perfect location and very well equipped and well renovated house

While my friend and I went during the offseason, Dionysia’s place was adorable! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. She left us a gift of cute soaps, one of which was in the shape of a donkey! The place smelled great and was in a convenient location. Dionysia was very quick to respond whenever we had troubles. Such a kind woman! Definitely will be back for my next trip!
