We can call it a clean, sparkling welcoming family run. The rooms are exactly the same as what you see in the photos. The location is in the middle of the wonderful sheep, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at least with🤓 2 steps. You are already on the beach, the employees have a smile, they help us with everything we ask and their conversations were very nice. We fell in love with Selimia with the stillness of the sea, the nighttime stars, with the scenery of every hour. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business as well. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay at the same place again ❤️

Ms. Ayçıl and her uncle, Mr. Tuncay, were extremely kind, quality and caring people. They hosted us very nicely. Selimiye boat tour at sunset with their own boats was very enjoyable. And thank you for that. The location of the house was very nice, you go to the sea in ten steps. I think the sea is the most beautiful sea in the region. It is shallow and ideal for children.. It is much nicer to swim in the morning and evenings. It has a warm sea. It is a resort that has not lost its naturalness. You are vacationing in the village, but there is everything you need. We had a beautiful four days in a calm and peaceful environment where we enjoyed being with beautiful people we were happy to meet. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come.

Ms. Esra is extremely meticulous, tidy, her communication skills are extremely strong, the house is sparkling clean. She gave advice on everything, we had a hard time leaving the house. It was one of our most memorable holidays. I'm sure we'll see you again soon ♥️

Excellent location, very received host, Mr. Ali is very friendly and helpful, he can give you very good directions and help you with making a great barbecue! The amenities are sufficient and good quality, everything is very clean and well maintained. Access to the private beach is via 2 rows of steps and access into the water is on the rocks (accessible with bath slippers) or from the pontoon. The view is great, you can admire the sea from the terrace or directly from the room

The location is excellent. Right in the heart of all activities restaurants close to marina. The apparent was clean and easy to find. very well equipped with washing liquids, washing powder kitchen rolls and everything you need on daily basis to keep things clean. The place is a bit noisy which is expected due to its central location. The communication with Emren was fast and we appreciate flexibility on timing for checking out.

Ismail's place was unbelievable exceeded our expectations .The Two balconies are overlooking the Marina and the water it is breath taking .The inside was very clean and They provided us with everything we need. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to all my friends .

A very useful stay on the site. You can have a good time in the garden area, especially for families with children. It is 40 minutes away from Palamutbükü beach and 10 minutes away from the center and the old datça. You can think that you are centering Datça in terms of location. The items in the house are clean and practical. Can be refreshed with steel pan pot set instead of teflon pan only. The TV, fridge, washing machine oven and dishwasher are new and working flawlessly. No hot water problem. Thank you to the host, Mr. Abdülkadir, for the stay.

It was just a great stay. The view, the cleanliness, the location was super. In the castle, I was saying that since the vehicle does not enter and there are stairs, we will definitely have a hard time with a stroller. They showed a very short way to get down, you go directly to the marina, it takes 1 minute. So we had no trouble getting up and down with the child. The house was so clean that we took off our shoes and entered, it felt like home. The view was amazing. We ate at the restaurants downstairs and came home right away and enjoyed the view. If I come to Marmaris again, I will stay here again and recommend everyone around me to stay there with peace of mind.

Big comfortable house. Kitchen is well equipped. Every room has air conditioning. Internet was OK. Berill quickly responds and helps with directions or questions about the villa.That was a nice stay.

Great villa with access to pool and private beach for the rest of the complex. Mr. K. The on site fixer man was superb.

The house was quite clean and convenient. The air conditioners were enough for us. Just the air conditioning in the common area kept all the rooms cool. It was a calm and quiet site. The private bay was calm and clean. Mr. Murat and Mr. Kenan had very good communication. They were thoughtful enough to put cold water in the closet for us. I recommend going by car because you need to go to Turunc for basic needs (bread, etc.). It is a winding road that takes 8-9 minutes. I went this way every morning. I enjoyed the road very much. It was a scenic and tasteful route.

Simply the best location in the fantastic town of Datca. Right in the heart of the best street with amazing views of the amphitheatre (2 shows on whilst we stayed). The double glazing mutes all outdoor sound or you can sit the generous balcony to absorb the atmosphere. Really spacious kitchen and sitting area. Two good sized bedrooms. Very modern and pristine throughout. Highly recommend staying here.

Everything about the house was as it appeared in the photos. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony in the evenings and chat with the stunning sea view. Mr. Erdal helped us a lot with everything from our sightseeing routes. She was very friendly, reliable, friendly and caring. I'm glad we chose this place. We loved meeting and staying at the same time.

The location of the house was very nice, I can say that you can walk everywhere, the host was very interested and the house was spotless.

Perfect location. Close to everything. The apartment is spacious, clean and with a great view. The only drawback is that it's in the center, so music and people are busy until 2am. It can be a nuisance for those who are obsessed with sound and want to go to bed early at night.
