Nice studio at the foot of the slopes, 80 m from the cable car, access to the Villard de Lans Corrençon area. Located in the Clos de la Balme, quiet, on the edge of the forest Esf 30 m away. In the immediate vicinity: Beginner area of Les Rambins (a small green slope to go down). Nordic area 10 min walk. The pretty village of Corrençon, 15 min walk or 3 min ski! Shuttles to Villard de Lans and Corrençon. Ski rental and on-site restaurants. Free parking. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

A separate entrance on the ground floor will take you to the Le Cocon gîte. This studio gîte can accommodate 4 people, with a bed and a sofa bed. You can enjoy a shared outdoor area with several dining areas and a swimming pool. The garden is not directly accessible from the apartment.
