Family home remodeled in 2017. With friends and family, you can simply enjoy the landscape, outdoor life, a practical and elegant interior, 4 bedrooms. Beautiful terrace, barbecue, pool, you almost don't need to go out...but there are so many sports, cultural and gastronomic activities outside... Beware of the many pools, swimming pool, sloping grounds, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles for small children or people with reduced mobility.

Spacious and completely renovated house, perfect for vacation or remote work. At the foot of Vercors, at the start of the "Grands Goulets" 30 minutes from Villard-de-lans. Large bright living room. The house has three spacious bedrooms. Outside, you will discover a beautiful thatch-type terrace, ideal for enjoying beautiful sunny days. Places to visit are possible on foot from the house such as the white and green waterfalls and the small gullies.

Between Lyon and Grenoble, bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun: swimming pool, jacuzzi, plancha, foosball, basketball, ping pong. You can relax during beautiful mountain walks: Chartreuse, Vercors or Belledonne but also visit the cities of Voiron, Grenoble, Lyon and Annecy. The geographical location also allows you to sail or swim on Lake Charavines/Paladru, 10 minutes by car /!\ The pool is not heated
