Monthly Rentals in Dava

We really enjoyed our stay in Jenny's 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor apartment in Grantown-on-Spey. It had everything we needed - a kitchen and all the accessories, hot water, and comfy beds. It was a great base for exploring and hiking in Cairngorms National Park, and near Inverness. David met us and oriented us to the space, and suggested a hike to the Green Loch, which was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! The place was comfortable and well-located, with easy access to local shops and restaurants, which made everything really convenient. Stephen was a great host—very responsive and even offered us an extra hour for late check-out, which we appreciated (though we didn’t end up needing it). Just a heads up for future guests: off-street parking isn’t permitted at the property, but there’s a nearby solution—Library car park is just around the corner and worked out fine for us. All in all, a pleasant and easy stay.

Alessandro kept in touch to make sure everything was okay and we knew how to work hotub, bbq etc. The caravan is spotless and has everything you need and on the plus side has a hottub , which is great for relaxing your muscles after a hard days trek. It's only a 5min walk to the town to find restaurants and pubs. He also leaves a welcome basket with nibbles and a bottle of wine which is a very nice touch. Definitely be back ❤

We had a wonderful stay in Grantown-on-Spey. The apartment was beautiful—a clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated historic building with everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Fiona was a fantastic host—very clear and attentive, which made everything easy from start to finish. The location was perfect. A peaceful spot just a short drive from Aviemore and the stunning Glenmore National Park. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy base to explore the Cairngorms!
