Entire house in David, in a quiet residential area going up La Perla, at the foot of the Cerro de la Cruz. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms and air conditioning in each room and in the living room. No neighbours behind: just the green of the hill. It comfortably seats 6 people. The car park is within the perimeter of the house, with an electric fence and cameras. The keys are in a lockbox, so you can enter whenever you arrive. It's not a hotel and it's not meant to be. It's just a clean and safe house.

The cottage is surrounded by abundant nature and gardens with many local plants and flowers. We are located at 4 minutes driving to downtown, where you can find parks, tours, hiking trails and excellent gastronomy. Upon request we can set you tours, private transfers, shuttles and catering service, before your arrival.

It does not have a laundry room, electric generator, or soundproofing.

Muy Boquete @ Boquete Bees and Butterflies

Butterfly exhibit and breakfast included, 2 hectares of fabulous gardens full of colorful birds and a collection if stingless honey bees. Close to town. Forms part of a honey farm offering more than 24 types of honey, a great store and bee and honey tasting tours also part of a traditional Boquete Coffee Estate. We can accommodate 4 px but booking price including breakfast is for 2px. We charge an additional $15 per person.

I offer a spacious apartment on the top floor, it has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, full laundry room, full kitchen, air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room, hot water, cable, WiFi, in La Concepción, Bugaba, a few kilometers from the city of David, Tierras Altas and La Frontera with Costa Rica. Capacity for 6 people (1 double bed and 2 queen beds). Pets are welcome but at an additional cost of $40.
