New house! 5 min from David on the Boquete highway

It’s a new house (Oct 2019) just outside David in Los Algarrobos. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and only 3.5km from the huge new Federal Mall in David. Evening security guards in the subdivision all year. Mountain views, covered parking, seconds from the boquete highway. This immaculate house has all new appliances and furniture, 5G internet, cable tv and Netflix. Your bilingual hosts live next door, the co-host (Grethel) is Panamanian, a lawyer and knows everything about Panama.

Stay at in an exclusive location with gorgeous views, cool weather, lovely gardens and peaceful environment but near Boquete center. Casita Jaramillo is a mountain guest house, nested in a 2,5 acre property at quiet Jaramillo mountain. You will be surrounded by tall trees, singing birds, clean air and nature sounds but you can reach busy Boquete after a ten minute drive and enjoy restaurants, shops and endless variety of outdoor activities. Access road is paved and 4WD is NOT neccessary

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place, 10 minutes from downtown David and 25 minutes from the tourist town of Boquete, very close to shopping malls, restaurants, but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very safe place and full of amenities. The house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with TV, piano, a bar and other amenities. All spaces have air conditioning, hot water and TV with 222 channels.

Relax with this peaceful, very clean and nice place to stay, operated by Lemongrass House Rentals, is perfectly located between Boquete (25 mins) and David (10 mins). The house is a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit that has been tastefully remodeled and it has Air Conditioners in each room for your comfort. This home is nicely furnished with a king bed in the main and a double in the second bedroom. Bus stops, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and stores are walking distance from the house

Fully remodeled house, luxury finishes, full kitchen with island, all new, 3 bedrooms, 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 1 double bed and double sofa bed, bathrooms in 2 of the bedrooms, closets and W. Closet in the master bedroom. Parking with electric gate. Quiet and residential place. Suitable for family outings or groups. Close to Pan-American Highway in David, close to Plaza Las Terrazas, public transportation very close.

New house 2022 with a shared (house 32) salt water pool by a creek just outside David in Los Algarrobos. Close to the airport, Boquete, Volcan and it is only a few Kms away from Federal Mall in David. This house has all new appliances and furniture, over 600 mbps internet, over 200 channels, and HBO. Entire house has filtered water and hot water. There is a neighborhood security guard from 6pm to 6am. Only registered guests can have access to the pool.
