Country Studio B w/kitchen by SMF/UC Davis Campus

Our studio is located in the county, surrounded by orchards and crops. The star filled skies come with peace and quiet. ( on occasion farm equipment changes that :) we have great views of Napa/Lake Berryessa/Capay mountain ranges. 5 minutes to restaurants & grocery stores. Self check in with a keypad, parking for 2 cars or a truck and trailer, & private porch to enjoy your morning tea or coffee. As were 2.5 miles out of town, renting a car instead of replying on uber is recommended. Cheers

The space is a private home and guests have sole access to the whole property. Host lives next door and is available for support. Be mindful the nest is perched above the garage and is only accessible by steep stairs.

Enjoy the quiet house and back yard furnished with barbeque and propane firepit. Perfect for the lovely Davis evenings. Take a one block walk to Davis downtown restaurants and stores. Only a three-block walk to the UCD campus. The house has beautiful hardwood floors throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, and a very comfortable indoor dining and living area. Vineyard stay on Great Bear Vineyards, homestead

A rustic homestead, built in 1860, set in a beautiful vineyard and farm. A very simple dwelling, with old and antique furnishings. It does have electric lights and a small bathroom with a shower, but that is about the last modernization this old homestead has seen in the last 160 years. If you are looking for a quiet get-away with no kitchen and no TV, where you can listen to the birds sing and squirrels play on the roof, then this is the place for you.

Our 550 sq private studio is a short drive away from the UC Davis campus and walking distance from two bus lines. This studio is located on top of a two car garage in our backyard which is next to a beautiful open field. Many different kinds of fruit trees are available for our guests to enjoy their seasonal fruit. Our guests can use their own washer and dryer and bikes are free to use. High speed internet and TV cable channels.
