Fantastic stay in this beautiful spacious apartment. Great location for lovely dog walks in the local area. Apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend stay. Clear instructions meant we easily found the apartment.

Last minute weekend break and couldn't be happier with our apartment. Perfectly placed near the station with a bus route outside, so easy to get around. Spotless and modern apartment with everything we needed, would recommend & hopefully return again

Had a fantastic sunny April week in Dawlish; the town centre is in easy walking distance for anything you need and the station is less than five minutes away with direct trains to Exeter and Cornwall. I didn’t touch my car once. The place is ideal for a getaway, tucked away in a side street with no passing traffic, and all the facilities you’d want to keep yourself busy for the week. I’ll definitely be back… just hope the weather is as kind again!

A charming spot - close the to the high street, beach and all amenities, all finished to a high spec and very well kept. Frank is incredibly responsive as a host. A pleasure to stay here - highly recommend
