Great condo situated across the street from Mullet Beach near many restaurants and markets. This condo was great and had plenty of parking. The only downside was the wifi which wasn't working for the unit but we were able to use another neighbors wifi in the building.. Also, the 2 in 1 washer dryer combo in the unit is very inconvenient and small for washing and drying clothes since it takes very long to do simple loads which I am not use to. Other than that, I highly recommend this unit for a quick trip to St Maarten since the condo is conveniently located and has an amazing pool for the entire family to enjoy.

Large very clean studio, the photos do not do justice to the view which is even more beautiful on site, near the beach, very large pool always accessible and clean. Quiet places. My brief stay here was just brilliant and it fulfilled all my hopes. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. It is also a very short walk to good restaurants, cafes and bakery, convenience stores and other retail. But most importantly, right next to the pool and to beautiful beach frontage. I rented a car, but never used it for the four days that I stayed! I spent my days at the beach, in the ocean or lounging by the pool. I was especially impressed by the cleanliness of the pool area and the quality (and ready availability) of the lounge chairs. Thomas is a great host, this is a great spot to stay, and I hope to return here soon!

We had a great stay! The condo was perfect, the bed was so comfortable. It is well stocked. You can enjoy the great ocean view from the balcony and you can also walk to groceries and restaurants. The resort staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool area and beach are lovely. Lindsay was a great host and responded quickly. The only downside is the loud nightly music across the street; bring earplugs.

Great, clean place to stay. Host sent great info ahead of time, met us upon arrival. The location is priceless - 20 steps to restaurants 30 steps to beach. The complex itself is kept clean…..it’s a gem, will be returning.

Excellent spot. Would visit again! We had everything we needed, it was easy to find with the video directions provided by the host, and we felt very safe. Nadia recommended local spots and was friendly throughout the experience. Highly recommend this lovely little spot with a fantastic mountain view. The extra little touches and care made this a special stay for my partner and I, traveling to St. Martin for our first time. If staying here, we recommend you take advantage of a rental vehicle as most areas are a short drive away down winding roads. 10/10!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully furnished apartment with our baby daughter. The playard/crib was not ready in the beginning, but the communication with the host was easy and so we quickly got it set up. Great location and lovely patio. The pool was also really nice. Fully recommend!

This air Bnb is beautiful decorated with all the amenities you could possibly need. The location on the beach was perfect. I’m anal about cleanliness and this place was squeaky clean! Things to note: - although it’s on the beach the water was filled with seaweed and rough so not swimmable when I’m visited. A short drive to other great beaches though. - if you’re staying long than a wkd, walk with your toiletries (shower gel etc) - the directions aren’t clear. Put in Nettlé Bay Beach Club in your GPS and it’ll take you to the right location. I highly recommend!

Very nice modern studio with a great view of Orient Bay beach. The studio was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The complex is right on Orient Bay beach and has a large nice pool. Check in was easy and our host very responsive to our questions. A reserved parking spot was included which is convenient and much closer than the general parking.

Laure’s villa was a perfect place for a relaxing vacation for me and my boyfriend. The villa is very private and offers amazing views of the water. Every morning we walked to the local bakery where they offer amazing pastries and sandwiches. There is also an Italian restaurant that is in walking distance from the villa that we went to twice. I recommend renting a car and exploring the island and the different beaches. Our favorite was mullet bay! Also, we spent a day at Loterie Farm and it did not disappoint! We rented a cabana at the pool and even saw some monkeys! Finally, we rented a private boat through captain Jo and it was the highlight of our trip! We got to explore several small islands off of st Martin and learn history about the island and went to three great snorkeling spots. We will definitely be back to stay at Laure’s villa again. It was exactly how it looks in pictures and Laure was a great host. If you’re looking for a private, beautiful villa this is your spot!

Location, location, location! Great corner unit, we used the huge balcony a lot - can see the sunrise over the sea from it. Very roomy unit, love the loft feel bedroom, and all the facilities worked as expected. No complaints, except we wish to have stayed longer! Thanks Philippe, see you next time :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Emmanuelle's Airbnb! Orient Bay is stunning, with its beautiful beach that’s perfect for families. The area has the feel of an all-inclusive resort, with restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. We especially enjoyed La Playa Beach Restaurant and quickly made it our go-to spot—it’s only a 3-minute walk from the flat! It actually took us a couple of days to realize how close it was, as we initially took the longer commercial route. Needless to say, we were thrilled to discover that our preferred spot on Orient Beach was just steps away from our accommodation. The back terrace of the flat is conveniently located near the pool area, which was perfect for our family. We could easily move our chairs closer to the pool and take turns watching the kids with our partners—such a bonus for a relaxing vacation. It’s worth noting that power outages are fairly common in Sint Maarten, but Emmanuelle was incredibly responsive and quick to assist when I reac

Amazing views. Excellent location for retreat near hotels and beaches. Very secure, located on a gated neighborhood. One of the best spots on airbnbs that I’ve stayed at. I would definitely come back 100 times if possible. Host is very accessible.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. It was exactly as shown in the photos. It was close to numerous restaurants, night life options, and water options. It is a wonderful central location in Simpson Bay. There is gate security that added an extra level of comfort. Larger towels and beach towels were supplied. The unit was very peaceful and quiet at night as well. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay here again in the future. Tanguy (or his mother) were very responsive on the couple of occasions that we had any questions.

Beautiful place on Simpson bay. Perfect location! We were able to walk to many restaurants and Simona helped us with grocery delivery when we arrived, which was very convenient. Make sure to keep doors closed at all times. We briefly left a door open to the balcony and a terrible soiled smell filled the home off and on for a couple days. Home looked just like photos and all amenities were a great addition. Thanks for hosting us!

Veronique was so friendly and helpful. She recommended a local car rental agency that picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to Le Colibri and our rental car, saving us the worry of navigating roads and finding our vacation home. The area was quiet at night and Veronique provided amenities such as beach towels and a small cooler that were very useful and saved us the trouble of obtaining/bringing these items ourselves. She checked in a few times and we relied on her recommendations which were all good.

We loved our first trip to the island so much we had to come back! It was an easy choice to stay at The Perch for a second time. The location is amazing, very private with beautiful views and an abundance of nature. The deck is perfect for taking a night off of going out, providing ambiance for sunset dinners and drinks in the jacuzzi. The location is fairly central, making it a great jump off point to explore many parts of the island. If only we could have stayed longer!

Great space. Great communication with host. Definitely rent a car if you stay here, as it’s about 10 minutes to the nearest restaurant/beach (except for the Indigo Bay beach restaurant, which was nice). Excellent time overall!

Review of The Hills – St. Maarten Staying at The Hills was the perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The views were absolutely stunning—especially from the rooftop pool, which became my go-to spot for relaxing. The unit was modern, clean, and had everything I needed, plus the location was close to the best restaurants and beaches in Simpson Bay. With gated access and 24/7 security, I felt super safe throughout my stay. The only thing missing was a gym, but I was told one is in the works—which is great news for future visits. If you’re looking for a peaceful, elevated experience in St. Maarten, The Hills is a solid place.
