Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to grab your parking pass. Some of the amenities have reopened. The north pool and indoor pool, sauna and gym. Come and enjoy your time away in this SMOKE-FREE, fully equipped, clean and modern oceanfront condo in Daytona Beach Shores. This condo building has a heated pool and brand new balconies! We have put indestructible Polywood chairs/side tables on our balcony for your use while you take in the phenomenal view from the 4th floor. The property also has tennis, basketball, and pickleball on the roof of the garage with an additional sun deck accessed from the second floor of the building.

A spacious studio room is seen, featuring a queen bed with a patterned coverlet and a twin bed that can be converted to a king. Light filters in through large windows, illuminating the room. There is a plush area rug on the floor, adding comfort.

Parking lot is on the South side. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.
