Spacious cottage on wheels between the Frisian lakes

After two years of building ourselves, we are back from a tour of Portugal and Spain with Oerol behind the tractor (March 2024). Oerol is next to our farmhouse. Oerol is well insulated and now extended, which gives a spacious feeling (living room 3.3x4m). There is hot and cold water for kitchen and shower. We live in a meadow bird area between the Frisian lakes. There is a trailer ramp, surf school and a beach within 1.5 km. There is plenty of parking space available. There are beautiful cycling routes nearby.

Maura's Tiny House on the outskirts of the Rijsterbos

Maura's Tiny House is a quadruple Tiny House at Camping Rijsterbos, located in Rijs in the beautiful Gaasterland area. The campsite has, among other things, a swimming pool with sunbathing lawn, dining café and bicycle, canoes and e-choppers hire. For the little ones, there is children's entertainment during the holiday periods. Nearby there is a playground for the little ones. Within walking distance is the Rijsterbos, bordering on the IJsselmeer. There is plenty of entertainment for everyone here.

Gypsy caravan 2 pers.

The gypsy caravan has a romantic interior for 2 people and incl. a double bed and heating. There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator,coffee maker, cutlery and pots and pans. Outside the caravan is a nice porch with furniture and a grill. On the porch you can enjoy your breakfast or a glass of wine. In the morning fresh bread rolls are delivered. Sanitary facilities are within walking distance. Pets are welcome in the caravans for 10,- per Pet a day. We ask you to keep all dogs on a leash.

Mobile home

Along the edge of our yard at the ditch and at the meadows you are literally in the middle of nature. You can see many wild animals such as hares, birds, swallows, deer, marters, but also our own sheep, pigs, chickens, rabbits and dog. There is a lot of space and peace on our property with an orchard and a large vegetable garden. With a 10 minute bike ride you are in the center of Heerenveen. But you can also go to the forests of the Oranjewoud, sail on the Tjeukemeer. Thialff is nearby.

Nice caravan on the water with beautiful views.

A neat caravan in one of the most beautiful places of our campsite. From under the canopy you will enjoy this place because of the fantastic view and friendly atmosphere. Located close to the woods, in a rural area near National Park 'De Weerribben'. Duvets and pillows are provided. You can bring your own bed linen or is for rent (EUR 9,- p.p.). Chemical toilet is available in the caravan. Furthermore, you can use the (very neat) plumbing of our campsite.

Blikkie

Welcome to our old command fire truck, located overlooking the IJsselmeer. The camper is high so you can easily stand in it. Inside you will find a large double bed, a gas burner, a stove and air conditioning. You can easily slide the toilet under the bed when you need it and slide it back when you are not using it. There is also a cozy seating area to eat, have a drink or play games. Outside, enjoy a bonfire with two chairs and a table.

Retro caravan

Welgelegen has a 2 persons retro caravan.  Inside you will find a double bed and a sitting area for 2 people.There is a small kitchen with a refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils and pots and pans. Outside the retro caravan  is atable and 2 chairs and a grill. The sanitary facilities are within walking distance (± 50 meters). Pets are welcome in the retro caravan for extra charge 10,- a day per Pet.We ask you to keep dogs on a leash .

Mobile home for rent at 4* campsite Rijs/Gaasterland

In the wooded Gaasterland and within cycling distance of the beach Ijsselmeer/attraction park/golf course ,the caravan is full of comforts and you feel right at home. The caravan is 11m long and 4m wide and insulated. The rent of the caravan is 550eu p/week and everything is included. The rent runs from Saturday to Saturday. Check in 14: 00 and check out 11: 00. Pets are allowed! WiFi available.
