Going down the staircase, it leads to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine and washing machine. On the left is the bathroom with a rain shower, sink and toilet. The bedroom has plenty of closet space and includes a double box spring. In the living room you will find a dining table, TV and sofa bed. You can also enjoy the large private front garden with lounge area and dining table.

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a warehouse has been transformed into a B&B of no less than 75 m2 with the appearance of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Loods 14 is located between two Groningen waters, namely the Damsterdiep and the Eemskanaal. Berend Bedje is a cosy, detached B&B in Zuidlaren, a great place to relax – after a walk, bike ride, a relaxing weekend, a visit or even a week. The cottage (34 m²) is attractively furnished and suitable for 2–4 people (sofa bed). The cottage has an outdoor seating area at the front. Walk the Pieterpad in 9 minutes or explore De Drentsche Aa National Park. The centre of Groningen can be reached in 19 minutes. Breakfast can be booked for €17.50 p.p. Welcome!

With nice weather, you can open the doors to the terrace and enjoy the sun on 1 of the sunbeds in the garden.
