The place was great with great amenities, as advertised. All of Montevideo, however, suffers from litter, graffiti, broken sidewalks, and homeless people. You must overlook those things if you want to enjoy yourself here.

Javier was a very responsive and flexible host. We were a group of four and the unit was very comfortable. The building has very good amenities that made our stay more enjoyable. We always chose this location because it suits our needs. The area is safe well serviced and there is plenty to do at walking distance. We recommend this place and we will look at booking at it again in our regular visit to family.

Juan is a great host Whenever we go to Montevideo we stay in its loft because of its ideal location for us and because for a short stay it is enough.

My stay at Belén's apartment was amazing. It is beautiful brand new building on a fantastic street in Malvin, on a very safe area, only 3 blocks from a gorgeous beach, and 3 blocks from a main grocery store that has everything. Also very close to the centre of the neighbourhood where one can find many shops, restaurants and cafeterias. The apartments is very comfortable, with lots of lights, and very zen. Communication with Belén was super easy and flowy, she was very responsive and polite with every question and request I had. I will request to stay at Belén's again when I am back to Uruguay next year.

I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems because it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

The stay was wonderful!!! Awesome host. Quiet surroundings. Super recommend it. I only leave one point of attention: the site does not have parking in the building, as well as the vast majority of the properties in the region. This is the parking filter in the app and indicated the space. So I didn't pay any attention to the announcement that said the parking lot was on the street. But we left it out and it was super quiet, without any intercurrence.

Jenny is so friendly and attentive. It was proactive and kind, responded with agility and personally went to receive us. The environment was clean and tidy. It is in a good neighborhood, with restaurants close by and the beautiful park Rodó.

Excellent apartment in a very complete complex, and with the practicality of counting next to the building, with a small shopping center, with supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, toy shop/stationery, a couple of places to eat/drink coffee, etc. Ana is very attentive and order for anything you might need.

Staying with Alvaro was a pleasant experience. He is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has it all and is in a safe gated community. Only in the area there is not much to see and do.

Walter's house is a beautiful house, in a great location.

This was our second stay at Jessica's home . This time we met her in person and she was just as wonderful as we expected. It is a very comfortable home in a great location for a good value. It is easy to access from the airport or take a short dive into Montevideo. There are a couple of large shopping malls with good supermarkets nearby. With the beach and park nearby, it was a perfect location for us.
