Ich hatte einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – sehr sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat mir die ruhige Lage und die gemütliche Atmosphäre. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und der Gastgeber super freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar bei Fragen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

This was a splendid stay in a gem of a flat. It was easy to find and flexible check in was a life-saver after a transatlantic flight. The stairs are very steep, so pack light - and enjoy a perfect little oasis in the vibrant De Pijp neighborhood. The apartment was spacious, quiet, well appointed, and comfortable - and came with classy personal touches like a chilled bottle of champers and fresh fruit. The apartment had everything one could need, and Fulco was engaged and responsive before, during, and after the stay.

Posto tranquillo, vicino alla stazione Metro RAI. Come pure la fermata del tram 4 con direzione sia RAI che stazione centrale. Anche il tram 12 direzione Musei è vicina. Entrambe raggiungibili a piedi (il Tram 4 5m; il tram 12 10m). A 15 m un grande supermercato. La casa è giusta per 4 persone con 2 letti matrimoniali, un bagno padronale e un bagnetto d'appoggio. Cucina giusto per lavorarci, sala molto ampia e grande, giardinetto minimal con ricovero oggetti. L'abitazione è confortevole pulita e silenziosa. E' vicina ai mezzi e alla stazione RAI. Il padrone di casa è stato, non essendo ad Amsterdam, sempre presente e sollecito. Unica pecca i ripostigli per gli abiti: solo un armadio. Pentole vetuste (ne abbiamo comprata una nuova). Comunque la consiglio il prezzo per 4persone è giusto ad AMSTERDAM

Larissa ha estado pendiente de todas nuestras dudas. El apartamento estaba limpio, todo está tal y como se anuncia y además nos permitió entrar a dejar nuestras maletas antes de tiempo para poder ir tranquilos a pasear. Pudimos aparcar en su plaza de parking! Repetiremos cuando volvamos a Amsterdam: está cerca (a minutos) del centro sin los agobios de la ciudad. Muchas gracias por tu hospitalidad!

Otto님의 숙소는 시내 중심가와 떨어진 조용하고 한적한 곳에 있습니다. 가파른 계단 2층 높이를 오르면 사진과 똑같은, 정말 멋진 숙소가 당신을 맞이할 것입니다. 숙소 바로 앞에 19번 트램, 21번 버스를 이용한다면 암스테르담의 주요한 위치로 편하게 이동할 수 있을 것입니다. 체크인 전 헤어드라이어가 없다는 것을 확인하였으나, Otto님이 구해주셨고, 체크인 후 약간의 문제가 있었지만 원할한 소통으로 잘 해결했습니다. 숙소 내 주방 시설도 너무 좋았습니다. 정리가 매우 잘 되어 있었어요. 암스테르담에 다시 온다면 Otto님의 숙소에 또 머물고 싶습니다.

We hebben het erg leuk gehad. Het uitzicht is echt geweldig, het appartement is heel ruim en heeft heel veel benodigdheden. De verhuurder reageerde heel snel en was erg vriendelijk. Als laatste waren alle instructies zeer duidelijk. Zeker een aanrader om hier te verblijven!

Mir hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Alles was mit dem Auto aber auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut zu erreichen. Gerne wieder 😊

Absolutely the most organized hosts we have ever encountered! Before we even arrived, Kim and Michiel were helpful and communicative and remained so during and after our stay. They arranged someone to greet us at the residence. The apartment has everything you could ever want. We loved the work office, exercise room and balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. They provide a thorough house manual and a things to do sheet that we referenced many times. Sandra was also wonderful. Everything about the home runs smoothly. The location could not be better! We enjoyed seeing the swans hatch and all of the local interests are within walking distance. Our stay was a month long. We would love to return someday. Thank you for the most wonderful experience we could imagine.

Great apartment with a great view. Very clean. Had a problem with the above neighbour dropping lit cigarettes off their balcony dropping on ours but it was addressed quickly. Only feedback would be to get a fan for the bedroom. Apartment runs hot and it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep and too loud to open window. Would recommend and stay again.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux de trois jours à Amsterdam ! Tanju a été incroyablement accueillant et chaleureux dès notre arrivée. Il a pris le temps de nous recommander de nombreux endroits à visiter, des lieux touristiques incontournables aux petites pépites locales moins connues. Grâce à ses conseils, nous avons vraiment pu profiter pleinement de notre séjour et découvrir des facettes uniques de la ville. L’appartement était impeccable, confortable et parfaitement situé, ce qui a rendu nos déplacements très faciles. Merci encore pour cette expérience exceptionnelle. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter et recommandons cet hôte les yeux fermés!

Appartement lumineux et bien situé au 9eme et dernier étage avec vue sur la sur l’ensemble de l’environnement d’Amersfoort. Appartement propre, bien distribué et équipé. Les instructions laissées par Jan sont claire. Compter 20 minutes à pied du vente d’Amersfoort, ou bien prendre le bus à deux pas de la location en prenant vos billets sur l’appli 92/92.

This place was BY FAR worth every penny and more. Has every single thing you need in a home from spare towels,bedding,candles,liquor, gaming all the way to a fully stocked fridge,and what felt like an unlimited supple of snacks. Host is also an absolute icon honestly treated us like family from the second we booked. Really polite,caring, flexible and thoughtful too. Perfect communication perfect distance in between city and airport with the tran right outside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

A fantastic New Year break with the family . We were 6 adults and found the house to be a great base . It was so comfortable, I think in previous reviews someone had mentioned the beds and they were definitely some of the best we have stayed in. The kitchen was fully equipped , so the night we decided to eat in was very easy. We used the bus stop from outside the house to travel into Utrecht and on to Amsterdam with ease . We walked to the local shops and found everyone very friendly . A beautiful location, we’d definitely recommend and hopefully return . Thank you Victoria and Yolanda!!

Adi was very helpful to accommodate us with everything we needed including a Christmas tree! The house is exactly as shown and was very cosy to spend the holidays in with our family. Public transport and a shopping center are nearby and the bikes we could use were very helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

“I rented an apartment in Amsterdam for three days, and everything went really well. The location was good, about a 20-30 minute drive from the city center, close to nice cafes and restaurants. The apartment was very cozy, and there was a lovely small courtyard where you could sit and relax. I really enjoyed my stay. The host was great, always quick to respond if I needed anything. Highly recommend!”

Francisco has a lovely house and everything that you will need. The garden in the back near the small river is beautiful and very well furnished, the lights give a cool vibe to the garden. I recommend 100%.

We loved staying here. It is a very nice neighbourhood and the house is comfy, light and spacious. We had excellent day trips to Amsterdam and we were delighted Haarlem which is a great destination itself. The house has a simple and direct charm which perhaps reflects somehow the Dutch outlook. The rooms are spacious and light and the kitchen diner is both practical and sociable. The owner supplied bikes which were great and really added to the experience.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Serges Wohnung. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft war sehr gut.

Mattijs was a good host and very responsive. He helped us with all of the questions we had and made sure we had a smooth check-in and stay. The place itself is a little far from the city-center, but there is a free fairy that takes you straight there which is only a 10 minute walk from the house. The fairy runs every half an hour and was very convenient. We also had a car that we needed to park, and there is a parking space directly in front of the home. The area felt safe and residential, and there were a good number of restaurants nearby. Overall it was a great place to stay!
