The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partly built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The city center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is a half-hour drive away.

Experience an atmospheric and luxurious stay in the heart of Drenthe in our beautiful Reestdal Loft. With a beautiful landscape with forests, meadows and a stork's nest right next to your home, this is an unforgettable experience. In the beautiful garden surrounded by nature, you will completely relax. The characteristic Reestdal loft has all the comforts, including a wonderful hot tub. This house can be rented on a weekly, midweek and weekend basis, and is located on hiking and biking routes.

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.

Since July 2020, our guest house has been open for bookings: A renovated old stable, located in the grounds of our 1804 farm, located on 4.5 acres of grassland. Ideal for 1-4 people, a 5th guest is welcome. 2 Double Beds + 1 stretcher. On request: 1 cot and 1 travel bed. It is fully independent. Our cozy vacation home overlooking the meadows. Due to the rural location, you can fully enjoy all the peace and space. Wake up to the chirping of the birds, and regularly there are deer to be seen from the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking. From the house, you are 500 meters into the forest to take a nice forest walk. The center of Staphorst is 3.5 kilometers away with a wide choice of shops.

The house has all the comforts, within walking distance of the beautiful historic center of Meppel (450 meters) and train and bus station (280 meters).
