This small, simple but very quiet, clean and convenient fisherman's house is close to everything, in the very center of Houlgate, near the Casino and a 4-minute walk to the sea. At the bottom of a private cul-de-sac, no noise! Attention no private exterior but possibility to stay for coffee right in front without disturbing the neighbors. Two bedrooms, one with bunk beds and the other with a double bed, a shower room and a small kitchen living room. Attention: no parking or WiFi

Les Embruns. Charming house 50 m from the beach.

This peaceful accommodation is located 50 m from the beach, you will also have a partial sea view from two bedrooms of the house. The seawall and bike path are located right across the street from the house. Colleville-Montgomery (Sword Beach) is in the heart of the landing beaches, so you can visit the different places that have marked the history of the region. Close to Ouistreham with its restaurants and shops, casino, mini golf... The city of Caen is located 15 minutes away.

Beautiful cottage located in the middle of Courseulles-sur-Mer. Access, all on foot: 1 min from the Bassin harbor, 5 min from the city center, the market and many shops/restaurants and 8 min from the beaches. Attached to our house, 50 m2 (well soundproofed), it consists of an independent entrance, living room, open kitchen, 1 sofa bed and 1 shower room. Upstairs: 1 double bed, 2 single beds Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. 400 m² garden, to share with us.
