The apartment is on the first floor. There are 15 steps to the apartment. Not suitable for people with disabilities. It has air conditioning and a ceiling fan in the bedroom, a kitchen in the same space as the living-dining room, a refrigerator, an electric stove, all cooking utensils. In the living room there is a sofa that becomes two single beds. There are two large balconies, the eastern one overlooking the Garden, the western balcony overlooking the sea.
