The guesthouse is located in the village of Psarades which is a mountainous traditional settlement of the municipality of Prespa on the southern shore of the lake of Megali Prespa. It is the only village on the banks of the Great Prespa and is a declared traditional settlement. In the village there are taverns, cafes and a grocery store. guests boating in the waters of the Great Prespa, a rare experience on the water borders of the three states.

You have the option of just being at the beach and around the coastline or you can also explore the area around. Preveza city 32 km away and Parga 30km away.
