Our attic is 40 sqm with a comfortable and bright open-plan space. We have a double bed with a Coco-Mat mattress and a sofa with a mattress topper that can comfortably accommodate one more person. It is quite comfortable for three people. It has a bathroom (shower and washing machine) and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking, as well as a coffee maker. It has a small but comfortable balcony overlooking the local grove.
