Ich habe vier Wochen in der Wohnung von Alexandros in Kavala verbracht und mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit Alexandros war hervorragend – er war immer schnell erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die großartige Gastfreundschaft: Ich wurde fast täglich mit köstlichem, selbstgemachtem Essen verwöhnt – das war wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes! Ich kann den Aufenthalt bei Alexandros uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We loved our stay! Great location. The layout was nice, we loved having the open kitchen with the tall bar (could work standing up!). And loved the balcony. Also, the washer and drying rack was a great bonus! Hoping to go back one day :)

Ο Θεόδωρος ήταν άψογος κ εξυπηρετικός είχαμε ένα πρόβλημα με το αυτοκίνητο κ μας βοήθησε να το λύσουμε . Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ κοντά στο σταθμό του μετρό Δημοκρατίας οπότε ήταν πολύ εύκολο να πάμε στο Κέντρο έχοντας μαζί μας κ ένα μικρό παιδί. Απλά η περιοχή είναι λίγο βιομηχανική με συνεργεία αυτοκινήτων, ανταλλακτικά κ.λ.π κ το βράδυ δεν έχει πολλά φώτα. Εάν το σπίτι είχε ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι θα ήταν τέλεια. Θεόδωρε ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα ελπίζουμε να ξανάρθουμε σύντομα

Yannis is an amazing host. Great communication, super helpful recommendations. Really flexible with everything and an all-around great guy. The place is fantastic. 5 minutes to the beach on foot. 2 minutes by cat to grocery shops and cafes. 15 minutes by car to the nearest towns. 15 min to 60 mins to the best beaches in the entire region. Spacious inside. Comfortable. Full kitchen. Great AC. Working space for 2 people. Overall it was fantastic for a 1-week stay. The only complaints are the bathroom and internet. Water will get everywhere when you shower. Not a big problem, just unusual experience for us. The internet was the other problem. It's barely suitable for video calls but fine for youtube. 3MBPS will be the max. During cloudy or stormy days it will cut out in entirely. Yannis is working on this and it should be improved, but I just wanted to mention for transparency. Overall, a wonderful stay. I will return and definitely recommend.

Άψογη η τοποθεσία! Ακριβώς μπροστά στη θάλασσα, ότι χρειαζόμασταν! Ο Κωνσταντίνος πολύ εξυπηρετικός σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Τον ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα. Θα σε ξανα προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα!

בית מיוחד במינו נוח מאוד לעשאה אנשים ( היינו שבעה עם ילדים גדולים) . כל בקשה נענתה מיידית . בעלי הבית היו שירותיים נחמדים נתנו מענה לכל בקשה בצורה מיידית. בדקו כל הזמן שאנחנו בסדר . דאגו לעצים לאח ולניקיון תוך כדי השהות. הבית בסביבה נעימה ורגועה .נוח במרחק נסיעה משני צידי האי ולא מאוד רחוק מסלוניקי. לנו היה ביקור מהמם ומיוחד מכל הבתים שהיינו עד כה

Silvia e o gazdă excelentă. În fiecare dimineață venea și mătura curtea, strângea dacă era lăsat ceva pe masă. Locația arată ca în poze, foarte ok, dar atenție mare cu ușa de la intrare, ca dacă nu ai cheia și o închizi de tot rămâi pe afară 😅 Apropo, soțul Silviei are un salon în Limenas unde pentru a doua oară ne-am făcut tatuaj la el. Recomand😁

Το δωματιο οπως ακριβως φαινεται στις εικονες, πεντακαθαρο, περιποιημένο, γεματο αγαπη σε τελεια τοποθεσία 8-10 λεπτα απο το κεντρο, σε μια πολυ ησυχη γειτονια.. Η θεα εκπληκτικη. Αν και χειμώνας, ειχαμε ζεστο νερο και ζέστη συνεχεια. Η οικοδεσποινα άκρως βοηθητικη, επικοινωνιακή και ευγενικη ηταν διπλα μας συνεχεια σε περιπτωση που κατι την χρειαστούμε, αλλα εμεις δεν χρειαστηκαμε τιποτα μιας και ολα ηταν τελεια.

We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in dit huis. Alles was perfect en het zwembad is echt fantastisch. Zef en Anastasiia waren perfecte hosts. We raden dit huis aan iedereen aan!!

Great place, felt right at home. Very quiet, spacious, beautiful decorated, had everything you need for a pleasant and lovely stay. Highly recommended.

Totale relax! Adoro questo posto, mi sentivo come a casa. Posizione perfetta, spiaggia come privata, acqua pulitissima, ombra naturale... Se ti sdragli sul terrazza potevi goderti rumore delle onde e quello non ha prezzo! Tornerò sicuramente. Mio marito era molto contento di parcheggio coperto.

Don't hesitate to book Dimitri's place. The location is perfect. Apartment is on one of the best streets in Thessaloniki, with lively bars and restaurants on the street below, a Cafe across the road which seemed to be open whenever we wanted a coffee, well equipped kitchen, handy elevator. A charming listed building. Dimitri was an excellent host. 100% recommend. What a lovely apartment in an ideal location.

Ubytování bylo dobře umístěné kousek od hlavního náměstí a od promenády ubytování bylo čisté. Proces pro příjezd byl jednoduchý, pomocí schránky na klíče.

Πολύ όμορφο διαμέρισμα και πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης. Ακόμα και μια μικρή ζημιά που έγινε στο μπάνιο κατά την διαμονή μου εκεί, ανέλαβε να την επιδιορθώσει ο ίδιος. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

The apartment is exactly as described: a bedroom at a really nice location with a huge bathtub - perfect for vacations. The internet works well and the apartment is well cared for, everything looks good. Lots to do very close by. The ad mentions washing machines and dryers in the building, but they are shared among guests and the cleaning crew, so you might need to wait a little for your turn to use them. On the other hand, the cleaning service was not included in the description and was a pleasant surprise. We had a great time in Thessaloniki and we do recommend this apartment!

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città e prendere a noleggio un auto per visitare siti importanti storici e paesaggistici. Facilità di collegamento con aereoporto, bus diretto a pochi passi da casa. Tutti i servizi vicini. Condominio molto tranquillo. Terrazza molto piacevole. Consigliato.
