Modern accommodation with 6 beds divided into 3 rooms. about 50 meters to the lake with possibility for swimming & fishing. Wood-fired sauna in separate building on the plot. Summertime is available for sauna rafting, rowing boat, beach, bicycles about 20 min Boden, 30 min Luleå, Piteå 50min We also have a simpler forest shoe next to a pond where you can hike or hike up our mountain with beautiful views.

Here you live in the middle of nature while you can reach Piteå city center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4, you have only 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make a fire at the barbecue area, pick berries, ski and skate during the winter months. Here you can also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic place all year round!

Relativt centralt och nära till buss eller tåg. Gästhuset är beläget på samma tomt som Värdfamiljens bostad. Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Här upplever du en unik kombination av gammaldags charm och modern komfort. En imponerande takhöjd i nock som ger en luftig känsla, samt en stor öppen spis där du kan njuta av värmen och skapa fina minnen. De smakfulla renoveringarna har bevarat den autentiska atmosfären, vilket ger dig en rofylld och avkopplande upplevelse.

Karins red cottage

Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

Cozy room for overnight stay in a separate guest house on Sävastön, located 10 km from Boden city center and 30 km from Luleå city center. Sävastön offers proximity to forest and river. The accommodation is within walking distance of the golf course, beach and bus stop with good connections to both Boden and Luleå. In the accommodation, you can freely use the sauna and relaxation area, which is in the same building as the accommodation.
