Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Dehiwala-Mount Lavinia

The accommodation was as described and shown in the pictures, which we appreaciated. The staff was the sweetest, always happy to help! We liked the breakfasts and our room with a nice view. The place is not located directly by any beach but there was a possibility to take a boat to a pool and a beach (free of charge). We got help with airport transfer as well. The only thing was that the WiFi worked exclusively in lobby and restaurant area, no chance for connection in the room. Otherwise highly recommended, thank you!

We had a great time at Subeetha's! The hostess was very friendly, we were able to change for an early check in very spontaneously and we also enjoyed the dinner and traditional breakfast very much ☺️ The rooms are very clean, the space is safe and gives enough privacy, and the spaces are very lovingly designed by the hostess, who is an artist. 2x 1-month-old cat babies were then another highlight. Had one of the best experiences at Sunrise palace, we missed our flight and needed a quick booking for a place to stay, I bumped into Sunrise Palace and instantly was booked in. I got to the air bnb it's in the inside street but once the gate opens it looks beautiful, the place is big, sleeps alot of people, extremely clean, balcony in the rooms, extremely clean washrooms, impeccable stay I had the service was phenomenal, the food was fresh and tasty, we all had the omelet and wow it tasted so healthy and gave us fruits and fresh juice, as well as water bottles. This place is just amazing and I will be back in March thank you so much !

Hans and the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them , small incident and was sorted immediately by Hans. Food was very good . Very happy and would come again.

We arrived very early compared to check-in time, but they made us settle in and served water and tea. They prepared the room for us as soon as possible and were always very helpful. Sanjeewa is very present but discreet, very willing to answer any questions. The breakfast was also very traditional and they explained to us all the food and their preparation well. A really nice place, if we'll go back to negombo, I'll be back!

What a nice place located in a really good neighbourhood with cafees and shopping. Nice room, good bed and really friendly staff.

Delightful hosts, lovely room at a great location and great breakfast. What more can you wish for! Being sustainable, being green, is more that just words here. Two of the local dogs are allowed to stay at the parking and when one littered, the lovely staff found homes for all pups! For me this is truly embracing and taking care of the environment in which you conduct business. It is possible to walk to the park and there a lots of nice restaurants near by.

Padminee was a really very kind host. They welcomed us and prepared super breakfasts and gave us helpful information about places to visit. The room was nice and the fan allowed us not to feel the heat. They were really nice and helpful!

We had a great time staying with Srilal as we loved the area which is a bit more quiet and relaxing than other places.

Great room, with air conditioning and hot water. Large and comfortable bathroom. The room overlooks the garden, where the birds fly and the sounds of the jungle can be heard. The house is very clean. The host is an amazingly kind and sociable person who also loves to travel. Constantly treated me to all sorts of goodies. The house is located in a quiet location in a residential area, while within walking distance you can find parks, cafes, restaurants, shops and laundry’s. Also a 15-minute taxi ride is the bus station and the railway station, from which you can go anywhere in Sri Lanka. The center of Colombo is about 20-30 minutes by scooter.
