I stayed at Sumudu's place with my mother for nearly 4 weeks. we felt right at home. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The complex was secure and had gym and a pool. Sumudu is such a responsive and helpful host. Event hough the apartment complex was right next to a busy street, the apartment was very quiet. There are lot of supermartkets and restaurants nearby. I would highly recommend Sumudu's place to anyone who is looking for a place near Colombo.

Thilak's apartment is highly recommended. Great place for short or long stays. Breath-taking 360 degree View from the rooftop, sea on one side and the City on the other sides. Conveniently located on a relatively quiet street between two major roads. Great access to all city attractions. Communication was great and seamless. Thilak was responsive and considerate ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. 24/7 Security was an added bonus.

We had a very good experience at Sonali’s place., the caretaker is very kind and helpful and we felt like home in the 5 nights we stayed., close by there are some restaurants and the area is very quite and peaceful…

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Colombo. The host Deen was great and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. Very responsive to messages and also very accomadating allowing us to check out a bit later than the check out time . For the area, you are quite close to a lake. Not too much around in the way of restaurants but about 20 min walk away from the area around Viharamahadevi Park and Cinnamon Gardens, a nice walk through narrow streets. Apartment itself was really nice, comfortable and clean. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom with large shower and a lounge/kitchen area. It's on the top floor of an office block. The security guard who is there 24/7 is really friendly and enjoying chatting to him. We felt safe coming and going.

The place is same like the photos and was extremely clean. Its very peaceful and has a beautiful garden. The washing machine and the dryer was very helpful as we had a lot of clothes to be washed everyday as we were in Colombo for tennis. Would definitely stay again. 5 Star Stay in Colombo – Truly Exceptional! We had the pleasure of staying in this apartment for 10 days, and it was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we booked, Neil stood out as the best communicator we’ve come across on Airbnb—always available, quick to respond, and incredibly supportive throughout our entire stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the city were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—perfect for getting around Colombo with ease. What really added to our experience was the amazing security and support staff. They were always polite, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had no issues with parking and were always allowed to use the guest parking area, which made coming and going so easy—especially since we often returned late at night or left early in the morning. We had a wonderful stay at Tamara’s place! The house was exceptionally clean, AC rooms, beautifully designed, and fully stocked with all the amenities you could need. The location was excellent and convenient, perfect for exploring Colombo. Tamara was a proactive and incredibly kind host, providing clear instructions and making both check-in and check-out a breeze. I absolutely loved my time here and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Colombo without hesitation!

Great place to stay if you want to be immersed in local life and beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful. It was close to several eateries. I went into Colombo and there were two bus stops within walking distance. It took a bit over an hour to go to Colombo fort via bus or about a 35/45min tuk tuk ride. I didn't mind it being far away. It's very close to the airport. The accommodation is incredibly spacious and comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony where I would eat some of my meals.

This apartment is a hidden gem in the heart of Colombo’s vibrant city life!! If you're looking for an authentic experience, this is the perfect place. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood within a residential complex filled with friendly families, it offers a peaceful retreat from the city's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent, everything in Colombo is just 10–15 minutes away. The apartment itself has all the essentials for a comfortable stay, but the true highlight is the charming backyard, inviting you to relax and unwind. A special mention goes to the hosts, Dilshan and Sanda, who were always available and incredibly helpful. I had an amazing time and can highly recommend this place!

Pushpa’s place is well presented and lovely to stay in. The apartment has everything you may need and is perfectly situated close to the airport for your first night/last night in Sri Lanka. Pushpa herself is an incredibly kind and responsive host, and even let me stay at the place after checkout, as my flight is not until the evening. Thank you Pushpa!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at a Crown Hosted place, and once again, it was a great experience. Co-Host Adrian was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. There are plenty of nice coffee shops and restaurants nearby, and the location makes it very convenient to travel anywhere in Colombo. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Chathura Place Borella Apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed by the super friendly host, making the check-in process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself feels just like a home away from home. It’s well-equipped with all the basic cooking utensils and appliances you might need, allowing you to prepare your own meals comfortably. The kitchen setup is great for anyone looking to cook rather than eat out. One of the most convenient features is the Food City located right under the apartment, making it incredibly easy to get any basic necessities without going far. The space is clean, well-maintained, and offers a cozy ambiance that makes you feel right at home.

I had a wonderful stay at Eresha’s Airbnb. The place was exactly as described and had all the essential amenities. It was peaceful and a lovely home. It’s away from all the hustle and bustle and if you’re looking for a nice stay this place is great for 2 people. Eresha was very responsive and was quick to resolve any issues. We thoroughly enjoyed the peacefulness and would recommend this to anyone looking for a short term stay. The host was very helpful and made sure they could accommodate all our requests. Great apartment and a fantastic host, I would stay again.

We had a fantastic time at the appartement. The Caretaker as well as Prajot been super helpful and always been reachable for us. The location of the place is perfect starts with going out for food or shopping as well as the fantastic view. We loved being able to use the spacious and clean pool as Colombo gets really hot during the day. Everything has been absolutely great for us and we would surely stay here again.

Brilliant stay! This was my first time using Airbnb in Sri Lanka, and it truly exceeded all expectations. The apartment was clean, tidy, and exactly as pictured. I felt incredibly secure thanks to the gate security. Having two clean and tidy bathrooms and bedrooms was a major plus. The location was excellent, with easy access to the main road, and the proximity to the airport was very convenient. But what truly made this stay exceptional was the host, JJ. The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.

He was always willing to go out of his way to make our stay perfect and was super helpful in giving us recommendations. We had a lot of questions and he always answered quickly.
