Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Del Monte Forest

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Well equipped kitchen and it was fun to spend some time enjoying the view.

This apartment is perfect for a fun visit to Santa Cruz. It’s a new construction with convenient, safe parking situated downtown. Everything in the apartment is clean, new and well thought out. The best part is the prompt and thorough host. Dave immediately responded to any concerns or needs we had and everything about check in and check out was easy and clear. Honestly, for a couple or small family visiting for the weekend (or longer!) you can’t do better than this.

We loved staying in Claire's condo as a family. It was such a lovely relaxing location within easy walking distance to the beach and local café and shops, plus the bonus of a pool - which our kids loved as well! Claire was a great host and we look forward to future trips where we can stay in this condo.

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

My family and I stayed here so that we could see the otters in Moss Landing. We chose this place because it was within budget, close by and looked nice. Let me tell you, it was fantastic! The place was so nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean, neat, had everything you would need. The resort was beautiful. I kept waiting for a catch but nope, it was real. Amazing views overlooking the ocean a short walk away, a restaurant in the lobby, a pool, easy parking and no rowdiness, which I'm always worried about with littles and apartments or resorts. We were a reasonable car ride away from everything we wanted to see: Moss Landing, Monterey Bay, Point Lobos, Carmel. I would 100% stay here again.

We will be back! Absolutely gorgeous! The only thing we were unaware of is the $200 fee to use the bonfire pits. It’s one of the reasons we wanted to stay and unfortunately we didn’t want to spend the money on it after thinking it came with the hotel stay. Pools were great! Very accommodating and friendly staff!

This is not a traditional private home AirBnB. It is a resort. It felt like similar to a hotel. However, the apartment has a nice little kitchenette and living room. It was clean, new, and comfortable. And the location can't be beat. The resort is right on the beach. Although we couldn't see the beach from our room, it was a five minute walk away. We came in the off season, so it was very quiet.

Great location and views from our unit! The front desk staff were more than accommodating and allowed for flexibility within checking in/out, which we greatly appreciated. The amenity of being able to call for a golf cart to get down to the beach and around the property was great, especially since we traveled with a toddler. Will definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at John’s house in South Salinas. The home was spacious, comfortable, and very conveniently located. John was a very hospitable host—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend staying here!

Michael's home is amazing! It is private, surrounded by woods. Inside, you'll find an absolute gem of a home. Very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. Michael was responsive and proactive in reaching out to ensure we had a smooth arrival. We appreciated the lack of stress on our wedding weekend and it was the perfect home base to come back to after a busy day.

I stay here every time I visit Salinas for work. It’s a wonderful house with excellent hosts. 10/10 would recommend.

This place had EVERYTHING!! You know when you think you have everything but then realize you didn't, well, this place had everything we needed from ziplock bags to plastic gloves. The house was massive and could easily AND comfortably sleep 10 people. We were 8 and had so much space, even the couch was very large and comfortable. The location was right off the freeway, and getting to Monterey or Santa Cruz was easy. Beds were nice too. The price was on the higher end of our budget but I would still rebook in a heartbeat, the host, house, and value were great!! Thank you for hosting us!
